Yeah, this is great tone AND playing. That Tyler axe is really sweet sounding and Kerry's cabs are instruments in themselves, not aware of that echo device until now. Thanks so much for sharing!
Because, I recorded over a video and some of it was left between the scenes. I bought the Fuzz from a local musician, who was the second owner. It was made in 1968.
@RACKDOCTOR hmm nice! and something else... is there any way to stack my pedals on the board but to change them after? Many people use two side tape but is there other way?
thats what i thought when i went to their website. i have two questions. how long were you wait listed? and i can only find the price for the mini mega vibe. how is it for a regular mega vibe? thanks i would like to get this over a mojo vibe but i am comparng the prices. thanks and great playing!
yeah its me again, i just like your video a lot... your tone is incredible. and your playing to.
something really cool you shold do; tell every effect you used in this vid, in the information section of your video. why ? cuz im interested to know about it :P
Thanks. The clean chain is a/b box-- Echoplex into the Fender. The main A lead chain is a/b box--1973 King Vox Wah--Octavio--KR Megavibe--1968 Dallas Arbiter Fuzz(silicon)--Roger Mayer Voodoo 1--TS-808--Arion SCH-1 Chorus--Boss FV300L--Ibanez Echomachine. The secondB lead chain is: 1977 MXR flanger--1975 MXR Phase 90--Echoplex--Boss GE-10.
Thanks. The single coils are Lindy Fralins and the Humbucker is a Gibson 57 Classic. The amp is a Blankenship Variplex. The 4x12 cab is made by Kerry Wright. It is loaded with 70's Celestion Black Backs. The Fuzz is a 1968 Dalls Arbiter-Silicon.
If you want a chorus type flange like an Electric Mistress (The Police, David Gilmour) then the Hartman flanger is amazing. If you want a more traditional flanger(Van Halen like) an 70's MXR is the one. Although they are a bit noisey-hum wise.
i want a megavibe so badly it hurts. but they dont send them to australia. please pity me and send me yours...for free, think of what it would do for our respective countries relations...
Thank you. No, I have not noticed the Megavibe darkening the tone. I am using a TS-808 after it which may buffer a bit. Also long as you are running the corrrect power with it the Megavibe has nice top end.
I have three different chains going on. One chain is an Echoplex and my Fender. The next chain is wha, octavio, Megavibe, Fuzz, Voodoo 1, TS-808, Chorus, Volume Pedal, Delay. The Arion Chorus and TS-808 buffer the signal even when they are off. The third chain is MXR phase90, Mxr Flanger, Echoplex. So I am not going through all the pedals at once.
Hey man great sounding vibe!!! I was wondering what pedal are you using to the right of the ts808. It looks dark green with maybe a purple light. Cheers

If you want a chorus type flange like an Electric Mistress (The Police, David Gilmour) then the Hartman flanger is amazing. If you want a more traditional flanger(Van Halen like) an 70's MXR is the one. Although they are a bit noisey-hum wise.

BlackRadio 4 years ago
Perfect playing and tone!! Could you tell me if you notice that the megavibe darkens your tone, and did you compensate for that?
seekingdatruth 4 years ago
Thank you. No, I have not noticed the Megavibe darkening the tone. I am using a TS-808 after it which may buffer a bit. Also long as you are running the corrrect power with it the Megavibe has nice top end.
RACKDOCTOR 4 years ago
How do you keep the noise/static so low while having all those pedals?
Porsc911trb 4 years ago
I have three different chains going on. One chain is an Echoplex and my Fender. The next chain is wha, octavio, Megavibe, Fuzz, Voodoo 1, TS-808, Chorus, Volume Pedal, Delay. The Arion Chorus and TS-808 buffer the signal even when they are off. The third chain is MXR phase90, Mxr Flanger, Echoplex. So I am not going through all the pedals at once.
RACKDOCTOR 4 years ago
Great sounds there dude!!! how do you plug each chain to your amp? what are you using for that?
