First of all it is not an amendment it is actually the only idea our Fore Fathers thought it important enough to write into the Constitution and not an amendment. Second of all until us average Americans step up to the plate, actually learn our own history which is only 200 years old actually 500 years old this desecration of the Foundation of our Country The Constitution will continue.Most of us Americans do not even know what Habeas Corpus means.

When I said Habeus amendment, I meant the amendment in this bill to retain Habeas Corpus as it refers to detained "ememy combantants". Unless you were referring to something else.
