It was actually 17 1/2" and we didn't keep it. Some jackball sees everything he believes and has to post a "I better not see that again !" comment. What a load of crap. To answer your question, yes, there are a lot of wipers in Clinton.
wipers dont survive in a live well they have swim bladders like sharks have to keep moving to stay alive... caught alot of wipers and know unless it was in there for less than 10 mins it died, hope u ate it even though its little.
That actually looks more like a white bass. We catch alot of those off the rocks when the sun is about to go down.

Go to milford i caught 2 9 pound wipers back to back that fish is nothing
