The song title is Seeker, but it's a cover - original song belongs to Ian Read and/or Fire+Ice (I don't remember clearly).
Blood Axis aren't actually neofolk, rather dark folk.

Fire + Ice, In Gowan Ring, Luftwaffe, Valence, Waldteufel, Ordo Equilibrio and Forseti are good for more current artists. All the bands I posted except F+I are on myspace.
