When my dad and I went to go buy it he pulled it out and it fired right up, no problems or anything. only problem is that there is no stickers. What can he do to make it street legal again? He's been trying to get another frame and swap the motor over to it because in my state they can only scan the frame numbers to see if its stolen/totaled.
