My sisters and I spent a light in Toronto last December.

We stayed at the Delta Chelsea.

When we were walking around at night, some guy called my sister a dumb-ass red-head. I looked to see who it was and the guy looked like a bum. He was sitting on the sidewalk dressed in raggy clothes and I think I heard him begging.

I saw a few bums when I was there in December 06 as well.

I'll tell you what I was told.....When it comes to those bums, panhandlers, whatever....Don't make eye contact.
