  • I used to use the light on my camcorder but it's way too hot for a close up of the face. I didn't mind that much at the time as it washed away a lot of lines and wrinkles around my eyes as well. LOL! But, you're right. The light is way too hot. Thanks for your input.

  • I Have to say, very good video. You do have an instinct for video creation, it appears. As far as the lighting is concerned, the change in lighting caused a "wash out" effect with the video. A house lamp can sometimes work as a replacement for a video light. Overall, very good.

  • You know what I did? I had a headache the morning that I got your comments about my videos. You left several and I commented back by clicking on the post comment, rather than hitting reply. DUH, ME! Anyway - you won't get a message saying I responded unless I use the reply. So, my comment reply is actually above your comment. Sheesh. I'm SO sorry.

  • I view what I take and then if the lighting is too dark, or pointed in a weird way that creates undesirable shadows, etc. I try different angles of the lighting that I use in the room where I am shooting.

  • I like your Vlogging Challenge Part One. Nicely done. I know what you mean when you say you had to do a few takes on the taping, and adjusting the light. As you know, I only have one 45 second video posted. and I am wanting to do another vlog in about a week....bye for now...((Hugs))
