i used toothpaste and i put it on the pimples for 10 to 15 minutes, and then i used neutrogena on the spot treatment, because after the toothpaste dried out my pimples this product gives the pimples a cooling sensations while it like removes the pimples (idk lol) but it seriosuly works for me, also clean and clears grapefruit face wash REALLY works i use it twice a day and so far my face has been clear

@Boboslobo1 i tried using it a few times and it dries out your skin, you just put it on your spots after washing at night and wash it off in the morning but it dries it out and its not a good look unless you hjave really oily skin i wouldnt recommend it.

toothpaste is best for cysts I think because those are the hardest pimples to bring the the surface and usually the ones that need a last resort treatment. Best to use benzoyl peroxide or tea tree on your white heads. But if that doesn't work for you see a derm or esthetician

Use non gel just white regular toothpaste. if you don't use the regular ones it won't really work.

Some people do it differently. I just put some on when I get pimples, ann i leave it on for like two hours. It would probably work better if you left it over night, but it will be hard to get off next morning.

It makes your pimples less read, and smaller. It's barely visible, and after a while it completely vanishes.

Another thing you could do, is put a hot washcloth over it, don't rub it . Then hold some ice onto it. If the toothpaste thing doesn't work for you, you can try that.

i hv an excellent way! apply a thin layer of sudocrem( the stuff you put on a babys bottom) on about an hour or two before you go to bed. Leave it on for bed and wash it offf in the morning. it gets rid of acne and scars. You may have to do this more than once. I hope it helps, i dont want you to feel the way i did with my acne and pimple scars.

Yea, this does dry out your skin usually. I tried it on one of my pimples. Applied it at night and woke up in the morning, there was almost absolutely no redness left on it at all. If there was, it was really light and barely noticeable so it does work :D
