I want a big bowl of hemp food RIGHT NOW!!! om nom nom nom. but seriously, with all that omega fatty acids in it, I would bet you anything, that even a performing strength athlete like myself could use this in my diet. The biggest reason for athletes to avoid the vegetable style diets, is usually it lowers our performance, and its been tried over and over, however, with all that good fat and full strain amino acids, I bet it may just change how we think. Plus it will probably be cheaper.
