  • OMG, really, coming from an ex IT thermal engineer this is rediculous. Why don't you tell everyone the actual thermal resistance and power supported by your device versus an air cooled heatsink. What you'll find is that air is more cost efficient, less risk, and if done properly with heatpipes (which are two phase heat transfer) have a better thermal resistance. By the way why don't you tell everyone what your pressure drop is through the cold plate. Dean you should really do your research..
