But seriously, from personal experience I'd say Ganon in terms of brokenness is less than or equal to MK. I'd say around the top....The only reason he's bottom tier is probably because the people who decided that do spammy things WAAAAYY to much in other games (spray in COD, repeatedly use Pika-Thunder in SSB, etc.)

@LostIndividuality I thought he was bottom teir because; he is slow; has no punishes or safe approaches; has rediculous endlag and long/telling startup animations on most moves; doesn't have any good or even matchups and can be stage counter-picked by hitting the "random stage" button; and honestly lacks any real viability as a character choice whatsoever.
