is there a third opening to SM R? because on yt i saw only those two and in my country,Poland,there were only two openings to SM R too. but i read somewhere that there was the third one. is that true? anyway,i love this anime. the best anime of all time ! so so so amazing. i'm 17 and i'm seriously in love with "Sailor Moon". it not only reminds me of my childhood,but it's just too awesome not to love it. 90's were amazing <3 SM <3

i hate how they reveal everythinggggggggggggggggggggg­g in the opening theme. theres no surprises left. like pluto and mini moon. they should be kept secret

@whenstarseclipse everything ok, but this is 2nd opening of R season. The first one revealed absolutely nothing except that usagi-mamoru crisis. When opening with Pluto and Chibiusa (2nd one) started, the plot was already about episode when Pluto appeared (if not after) so secret was kept for half of a season ;)

I've watched Sailor Moon since I've been in 2nd grade and am now 23. Mind you I barely started watching the Japanese Versions like 5 years ago...and I have never seen this opening to Sailor Moon R series before!!!

random fact: that spinning round gold sun dial looking thing with the hebrew letters is from a tarot card called "The Wheel of Fortune" (no not like the TV show lol)... This Wheel is the wheel of fate and the unexpected. It's appearance shows the course of time as specified by God and his unchangeable plan. :3 now u know. lol

Este opening tiene 3 versiones, la primera en el min. 0:53 dentro de la esfera salen las 4 Sisters y no sale Sailor Pluto, en la segunda salen dentro de la esfera los 4 miembros de Black Moon, y en la tercera que es esta salen solo 3 (Rubeos no porque ya habia muerto) y ya aparece Sailor Pluto a cuadro.

@fresith14 Openings aproximadamente 14 (En realidad Sailor Moon S, Super S y Stars es el mismo opening pero con varios cambios segun van ocurriendo en la trama) y endings son 7, pero el ultimo, el de Sailor Stars tiene la misma cancion pero con 2 versiones de distinta musica.

Don't get me wrong, the anime rocks, it's just that the openings spoil everything so you know what'll happen, even if it's predictable :/

Even so, I love this opening, its the most beautiful one in my opinion :)

@georgonio1 i thought that this second opening started at episode 60... when Ail and Anne were gone.. In the original Sailor Moon Episodes it started there... but i find it a bit strange, because only Diamon, Saphir and Esmeraud appears, without Rubeus and the 4 sisters.. Is a bit confusing...

This is sad, I only half remember what the plot to R is. Crystal Tokyo.. Silver Millennium, Chibi-usa, Black Lady... but what was the big bad for the season called? I think I am remembering the manga more.

@merieth83 The first villains were Ali and En. They were aliens that needed energy so they stole it from people. It was mostly filler. Then Chibiusa came in and the Phantom Sisters and Rubeus were sent to kill her, but the Phantom sisters turned good and became human, then Rubeus sacrificed himself to kill the Sailor Senshi and Chibiusa, but they got out and he died. Now some new girl named Esmeraude came in. That's where I am. I'm watching the whole series.

Sailor Moon is one of the classic shows that got a lot of people in this generation into anime. The others being Voltron (Go Lion), Dragonball Z, and (as much as I hate it) Pokemon.
