She's not a random girl, the other ho was actually Miss Delicious from UPW which is a place where Victoria was training in California as well at the time. The WWE used A LOT of their women for things such as ho's, random appearances, or random "jobber" matches.

@ElectricMVx it's not Torrie. You can see the girl's face at 1:21 and it isn't her. I think Torrie was still in WCW at the time. Usually just some random girl to play a ho.

What my point was, that some people might say they were just Godfathers ho's, or hookers, whatever. But I think that every character is somehow important in the business, so I emphasized that part.

And people always knew those women as ho's so there's no need to write them any specially. Like nobody says "Superstars" as nobody says "ho's".
