He has four titles owing to the "King of the Hill" format they tried while they were busy ruining the sport in the early 90's. He did nothing before then, and did nothing since. So, yup, he sucks.

He had two titles prior to 1993. He did win 2 titles in that year. If memory serves me correctly his first title was back in 1988. He won another title in the early part of 1990.
