Bellatrix wasn't there. But the house WAS blown up. They gave her more screentime is all. And nobody in the book state that dementors can't fly. in fact the books explicitly state that they glide, sometimes several meters in the air.

I love Harry Potter, but after the 4th movie, it went downhill. The are all about Harry wanting a girlfriend and blah blah blah. If I remember correctly, In the books it didn't touch on that nearly as much. The first 3 were great, (forgive the pun) magical. But god the first part of the 7th film was highly involved in love. What? In the book that wasn't touched on that much. All I'm saying is once hollywood gets a hold of a great franchise, they fuck it up

The closest the movies got to Harry wanting a girlfriend was the fifth film, (the book featured it prominently if you recall, in fact, if I remember correctly, the film had it downplayed), and trying to get a date at the start of the sixth film. @BTIsaac I'm not making up things to bash the movies. Think about it, Ron was in love and was paranoid that Harry was stealing her. And then the whole sideline with Ginny. You get my point, there was too much basis on the romance side, and not development on the magic, and the classes involved.

(Maybe I'm thinking to much of the scene in 7 Pt.1 where Harry and Hermione were in the cloud thing)

Eh I wasn't really a fan of HBP, mostly because of the way it was directed and edited. No color anywhere, weird camera angles, and a lot of pointless scenes (when there were plenty of good scenes in the book that they left out). Deathly Hallows looks promising because they're putting all the good stuff from the book in it. Making it two movies was a good idea.

siriusly (ahaha), i can´t believe there´re so many people who actually LIKED this movie. It was boring. It wasn´t dark at all, except this fucking green filter they put on every scene(except this last zombie scene. that was actually kinda creepy). It tried to be a fucking teeny-comedy-romantic-tohellwi­ththat-movie.

And don´t get me wrong, i read every book at least twice. I just didn´t like this movie.

The opening scene with the bridge was AWESOME and they brought back quidditch. but I was dissapointed in the kissing scene. i was expecting something more.

I'll start with the compliments: I got the feeling of a world under threat on the film, better then I did on the book. It also shows a bit more of Malfoy efforts. I like it.

But the film did some horrible things to the book. for example: the sacrifice Harry makes by leaving Jenny behind, is just left out of the movie. Why? Why can't they show his sacrifice?

The new minister of magic, and his reaction to Harry, is also left out. It's vital that we know harry is alone in this battle!

By watching the movie, without the book, you don't understand how exceptional is the fact that Voldmort made 7 horcrocses. Only those who read the books know how the wizards world see it. And these are the smallest of the problems I was disturbed by.

@DeathGodRiku On the book, Dumbeldor became Harry's friend. That makes the lies he tells him, to get so much more meaningful. In the movie, they are both just soldiers against Voldmort. It doesn't seem like they have any kind of friendship. Dumbeldor is just not a character in this movie. He's just a plot device, moving the story forward. That's bad when I have to really feel sorry for him in the end when he dies.

Most of all: this movie should have been Snapes big movie. The movie title has his alias! But in the movie Snape appears, mentioned, does some stuff, but the Harry - Snape relationship is not there! Harry does nothing to Snape, and Snape does nothing to Harry.

@DeathGodRiku It gets to absurd point, when they show the argument between Dumbeldor and Snape. in the movie the argument between Snape and Dumbeldor, is the last time Snapes see Dumbeldor before killing him. How they're going to fit that into part to of deathly hollows - I have no idea, but that's not the real point. If you watch the movie without reading the book, this argument makes no sense. Why is it there? It has no meaning of it's own.
