"private communication" means any oral communication, or any telecommunication, that is basically between two people. You can find this under Section 183 Invasion of Privacy. "private communication" means any oral communication, or any telecommunication, that is basically between two people. You can find this under Section 183 Invasion of Privacy. The police officer was well aware that a recording device was present and that she had no right to even block the camera or even to order to tell the person to turn it off! She should have shutted her hole!
