To clear up the mess I made, here are some facts that might be useful.

Accroding to neutral-web[dot]org[slash]inde­x.html, YES - It seems that =Neutral= did not disband or anything. I was totally wrong about that. However, their last 'release' was on reitai7. A pretty long hiatus for an active group. Furthermore, I was not able to gain virtually ANY information on those albums that were supposed to be released(ex - Arranger, Track length, etc.).

I made a premature conclusion, but this is fishy.

...Odd. I took a look at my iPod version, but for some odd reason, the guitar seemed very...different. The one here seems rather screechy compared to the one on my iPod (and when I took a look at the massive TH torrent, it was the same type as the one on my iPod).

Anyways, is this a different version than the one you uploaded long time ago, or was my youtube converter weird? I always downloaded music off of your channel long ago, so...:P

@InfernoNick17 They aren't from the games. They are actually two characters that appear on a series of ZUN's Music CDs, and probably a novel or two of his. I am un sure of the details.

@Sableneko I think what athgard meant was that the original =NeutraL= group disbanded, they've reformed under the new name Neutral2 I think (I don't know why they changed the name though)
