No need for this mod anymore, Episodes from Liberty City will be released on PC and Ps3 April 13th in USA and April 16th in Europe. It was supposed to come out march 30th, but Rockstar delayed it for some reason. Only 10 more days until it gets released now :D

for those who say both eps/DLCs are xbox exclusive: 1. we don't know exactly what that contract between MS and R* says 2. Windows is by MS just like XB360, thus it's very likely that both EPs will be on PC. and if you think about it R* needs all the money they can get from the GTA IV games to fund the next GTA... which some say Vice City but i hope for San Andreas... but back to this it's gonna be awesome and it could be within the next few months we hear something from R*. fingers crossed!!!

its under camera options, select free instead of target, from ther you can move the camera into any position and keep it there until your character is too far away
