@UndergroundWellness L-Lysine was part, and an increase in vegetables, not so much fruit. The lysine was a good anti-inflammatory. I'm forgetting one more.
I don't know if you have but could you please do something on Celiac Disease when you have time, thanks for everything. Great video again, spreading this knowledge to my family and friends but not forcing it down there throat. So to speak, PEACE!
Sean, hoping you are going to do a video on the best probiotics. How much to take, how long...hope there is some indication in Dr. Mcbride's book....as I'm in dire need of this kind of info...cause boy have I got a history which points to my health issues being caused by low or no good bacteria. :-)
**There is an extremely urgent matter at hand that we should all be concerned about. The USDA is about to make a decision on whether they will redefine the standards for all "organic" food and agriculture. They are going to be deciding on whether they will allow new ingredients to be considered "organic" even though they are synthetic and GMO. This meeting next week will determine the fate of organic food. Go to cornucopia(dot)org and sign the proxy they have. Dan, get this info out there!**
Asthma or at least my asthma looks like this: I cant exhale fully and my lungs do not function properly in cold weather. It is a disease, incurable. It´s not because of some toxins it's just how my body is dis-functional. And the asthma inhalers contain steroids to hasten my recovery, well so I don't choke to death. You should be a teacher man, like a fact teacher not theory crafting about medicine. It's really a talent wasted.
The gut asthma connection is the same as the gut rheumatoid connection. See Robert Mc Ferran diet for rheumatoid arthritis. An inability to process certain proteins and leaky gut syndrome. The result is a histamine building problem that finds sites all over the body causing inflammation. Check out McFerran's elimination diet.
You are hitting on things I am dealing with right on target. I have been dealing with dysbiosis. The test the hospital gave me was a breath test. They gave me sugar substance then checked my breath for the methane that's produced and released in the lungs. This was almost 3 yrs ago. I went on an anticandida diet and had some healing episodes thet made my asthma bad. I let my body work and stayed away from the inhaler. Glad I did. And glad you brought this to my attention...thank-you!
While somewhat unapplicable to a lot of areas concerning asthma (allergies, exertion) this opens up for a lot of discussions. Personally I'd rather feel off and move very carefully than using the inhaler if I am able as I know not using the medication will not make me worse. I would never not use the inhaler if it's abstain.
wow as an asthmatic thats really good to know... ive noticed that if i do wheeze and i use my Ventolin medication, it helps for a short time and then i need to use it again, and the more i use it the less it works..anyway keep up the good work
so is it a good thing for me to always be coughing up pghlem? cause I'm doing it all day long, especially after eating food; oily, sweet, dairy, etc..
