The player seems to favor a kind of "death from the sky" attack coz he always do that attack. i wondering though why the enemy AI didnt notice this and improve. coz it's almost over and over that the player will strike from the above.

Hi!!. In the first XBOX we can see the same fight. The difference is that the main character don't have other weapons and the clothes are of a common ninja and the newest(in the video) he put them when he goes to the city.

defeating murai is easy!heres how i do it:

take care of the ninjas first then,block his nunchaku combo,after that,do the best combo against him without making it to long or he will counter,

NOTE:after murai attacks,theres an opening in his defense,3 clean shots!

you're too slow kid unless your first time playing it.

1. you can do counter attack with Murai while swinging his nunchaku

2. Timing is important. Try to get more distance w/ him. He will flip coming to you and that's your open attack doing 2-3 slash against him. Another open attack is while he's charging doing dash attack to you when he stops(it doesn't matter how many times he dash) that's your open combo.

I always used 'Lunar' against this guy, and managed to beat the hardest 'master ninja' difficulty. It inflicts alot of damage if you use the counter attack technique, and also used the wall jump attack thing.

I also use the tiger's fan swords in this boss fight, in master difficulty (to do that flying sword thing).

Great game, a deffinate buy.

Note: I have never played (original) Ninja Gaiden and Ninja Gaiden black before.
