I completely agree. Recently my uncle had a heart attack. He was immediately driven down to the Mayo clinic and given an angioplasty. He is a small business owner (construction, specifically tile flooring), and he doesn't have health insurance. Yet they not only saved his life, they arranged a reasonable payment plan, $25 a month until he pays it off. Had this been Canada he might not have survived.
