For a long time it held the place of #1 of the IMDB bottom 100 movies. It's by the same two dumbasses who made Epic Movie and Meet the Spartans, the two worst movies I have ever seen. Google Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer if you must know more about them.

Not quite as bad as Epic Movie but really really close. This movie is bloody shit mixed in with vomit; but Epic Movie is bloody shit mixed in with vomit AND snot.
These movies are really just crap, I'm glad that people are able to get jobs because of the production, and that it probably helps the money flow in our economy, but... really I wish they would put the money to better use, or give any other write the chance to make their idea into a movie.
haha according to the internet movie database this is the second worse movie of all times surpassed only by identity crisis. I'm curious as to how much worse a movie could possibly get than disaster movie. Identity crisis must be something else.

This is a man who people still don't want to believe was responsible for 9/11 (at least 36% of America now finally sees the truth it was an inside job).

But Jason and Aaron are angels if you compare him to a real sicko with no conscience. Someone who lies, cheats, steal, kills, terrorizes, tortures, all in his lust to get richer and get off on getting as much blood as he possibly can--- and then LAUGHS about all the harm and suffering he has caused. At least Jason and Aaron don't laugh about what harm they cause to the film industry.
While I do feel that Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer force their bad spoof movies on kids, that is pretty sick. If it was consensual film making, no big deal. But they do force themselves, and that was sick and perverted enough.

So what Friedberg and Seltzer do is pretty trite. Friedberg and Seltzer also would not let people live for days in urine and feces, surrounded by death and disease, watch people get killed in front of their very eyes, go without any food or water and then joke about that too (Katrina).

All i can hope is he gets raped, beaten, tortured, and as one person wrote about Friedberg and Seltzer, use a technique ala "Hostel". Kneecaps blown off, forced to watch his family get tortured (they are as sick for actually still talking to him). While I do feel that Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer force their bad spoof movies on kids, that is pretty sick. If it was consensual film making, no big deal. But they do force themselves, and that was sick and perverted enough.

These movies don't have jokes. They have REFERENCES. they don't spoof anything. And even the references suck.
Why is it called "Disaster Movie"? They don't have any disaster movie references. They have: Kung-Fu Panda, Hancock, Hannah Montana (wtf), The Incredible Hulk, Sex and the city, Juno, Alvin and the Chipmunks, and Ironman.

this movie is going to be terrible like Meet The Spartans, Epic Movie, Superhero Movie, and Date Movie. These two idiot screenwriters have no idea how to make an original and genuinely funny script. All they do is copy scenes from movies exactly or just throw a random or unfunny reference in there. They have failed to make me laugh at any of their movies. It is just saddening that this is what Hollywood has to offer these days. What happened to movies being an art form?!

For christ's sake people, stop watching these movies! I don't know how people can watch the movie, the trailer is painful enough to go through nevermind an hour and 30 mins of it.
