  • make the ability where is only targets your grave yard and only creatures then it would be pretty good my point is because of draft and making it hit your opponent is much to powerfull

  • this is good, but say your opponenet and you both run 4 in a deck. All but one are in the graveyard. You play the last one, are you healing the opponent are just not doing damage to him/her. 4 - 7 = -3, so would you heal them for 3?

  • No, you would just deal 0 damage. However if both have 4, casting them early and often will insure your opponent has dead cards in their deck!

  • I really like this card. I would make it an uncommon because its so complex but definantly not a rare. I think that the drawback is very nice trade off for the effect. You should make some more good cards like this and not like your latest one (6).

  • if i run 4 flame in my sideboard does it give minus if my oponent play flame?

  • i added a video response, but its not showing up. interesting card, kind of reminds me of mind burst except the opposite effect. very cool but i must agree, i would be disappointed to get it as a rare.

    personally i'd put it at uncommon, it looks a bit too complex for a common, but i think i'd be a bit disappointed to open it as a rare

  • pretty good card Josh, the 4 damage for 2 is awesome, and I think the -1 damage is ok for drawback

    Flame XR

    Flame deals 4 damage to target creature or player. X is equal to 3 minus all cards named flame in your graveyard.

    So at first its 4 cost for 4dmg, then 3=4, then 2=4 and bam 1=4 way over powered. Make it uncommon too.

  • I think it should be uncomon, it's a pretty complex card to be a common

  • i think you should make it RR, or 2R and have the damage a little higher. 4 damage for 2 mana should never be done. compare this to incinerate. Even with the drawback, being able to hit something for 4 damage with only 2 mana is such a powerful ability the first time losing power afterwards isn't nearly enough of a trade-off

  • Nice Idea. I'll put one or two of that card in my deck just because 4~3 damage burn for 2 mana is just cool.

    And maybe you could make a cycle of this card. white gains life, blue draws card, black makes -/-, and green pumps creatures...
