The way to make these 2 channel helicopters move forward is by putting some weight inside the cowling. One gentleman who owns one of these, taped a 1 inch washer to add the weight, and it flies fast, and pretty much where he wants it to go.
Hey thanks for posting. I'm glad to see it flys. Does it still work. The guy at my local mall sells it for 42. dollars. But I'm leary of buying another.
It's been too windy for me to try recently. I saw your video, sorry your's didn't fly. I've looked into other copters I would like one that did more than go up and down which is all this one is designed to do, sometimes. Those are over $100, but then it becomes more than just a toy to play with occasionally. Supposedly ThinkGeek has one that is tiny and does more, and is for indoors, if I ever get one, I'll post a video. I think there are some online already.
I'd like to spend the money on a really good one but I'm afraid plus the wife wouldn't like it much. Check out the Gyrotor and a new toy called the Reflex by Airghog. I just ordered my second Gyrotor even though the last one broke - the Gyrotor is nice to fly and looks good.

There's suppose to be a newer version out, with more power. I haven't flown mine in ages. Remember it basically flies up and down.

up and down is all you can do. The wind will make it go where it wants! It's still fun though!
