Larue almost perfected the AR with this model I'm getting the non Costa version hopefully it will be in the same ball park as an OBR. So if an OBR goes for 2k with an A2 then a chopped pinned and welded SF muzzle device that should an additional cost of about 200 dollars 150 for the MD and 50 for the weld. I guess adding the bakery finish and adding a roll mark costs LT about 800 dollars. That's a nice rifle none the less thanks GW I enjoy the vids.

The why answer, because this set up is meant for fighting and to be very maneuverable and controllable in training or in real life should you find yourself having to engage multiple threats that mean to do harm to you and your family. Don't factor out militia men either as this is the set up they would most likely use to defend their country with. The AR is also very popular for competition shooting like 3 gun, ect.

I take it LaRue told you to take the original down! Nice to see the video back up... I still think the Costa edition is a little steep in price, LaRue told me at Shot Show around 3k; whereas, the PreditOber will be nearly half that cost with a better stock and grip!
I called larue and this gun has not yet gone into production. The guy at larue told me that this will be a full production gun and not a limited edition but he didn't know when they will start making them. Hmm, the $2800 AR or the $3500 Costa nighthawk with an 18 month lead time? Typical shot show hype. I just want the Costa "trainer" action figure!
