Even at that age...Amazing!! God Bless you my Sister.

  • love her

  • OKAY!!! She tore that shit up!!!! That's how you do a live performance!

  • Whoever it is that didn't like this vid either didn't like the fact that the whole song wasn't sung, she let the audience do the rap portion or just aren't fans of Natalie to begin with....this performance (as with most of her live appearances) was all that and a fresh bag of chips.

  • Damn sexy woman. Love her voice ... but what a genes she has. Nat King Cole was an absloute class.

  • do people realize @2:30 this that may be the first rap ever- 1977. natalie cole may be the mother of rap?

  • @redbuckatl

Don't ever mention a legend like Natalie Cole in the same sentence with rap. There is nothing in her repertoire that is about rapping.

  • late spring 1978 i remember sing this song in the hallways and neighborhood when the song came on what lyrics and passions

  • She sure can sang

  • she is so foxy just like her daddy mr.nat king cole beautiful chocolate mmmm i love u ms.natalie!

  • Oh Natalie, you were beautiful then and you are still beautiful these days. A great talent! Love you Natalie.

  • SAAAAAAAAAAANG NATALIE SAAAAAAAAAANG.

  • Natalie can blow the roof off the motha :) She is absolutely incredible and beautiful as well. She also talks and carries herself soo sweetly. She inherited that God gifted talent from her father. I always use to sing her songs around the house all the time when I was still living at home. That's what I am known for. You just don't see female artists these days that can come close to singing like this. She is simply divine in all respects.

  • well, it's a bummer to just NOW realize that the background vocal chords aren't complete! they didn't have my voice up in the mix, and consequently, the vocals don't sound as full as they should. Kat and Sandy sound great, of course, and Nat, well, she's the bomb. Wish the engineer had his act together, tho....:(

  • Hell Yea!!!

  • What a classic...I remember the live version in 1978....good stuff. Never outdated...

  • WoW! this girl can blow........... Big ups D.

  • Still singer as if she just came out.............awesome!!

  • Yes I have that record and cd Natalie Live would you like me to make you a copy

  • i appreciate Natalie, putting on a show w/out showing off- she performes so sweet, honest, and always sharing a REAL SMILE- LOVE IT.

  • When I was about 8 or 9, I asked my moma if natlie cole could be my girlfriend, and she started laughing. I though she was my girlfriend back then, along with Barbra Striesand, Donna Summer, Chaka Khan, Cher, Oliva Newton John, Stephanie Mills, Jody Watley, Sheila E, Oprah Winfrey,Madonna, etc.

  • @therealraybaby we have the same taste lol

  • remember those days?

  • Love will set you free!

  • she is so fine

  • That is a killer body to be in her 50's

  • @juan45215 She's actually 46 here......if its after Feb......

  • Natalie HAS to goi out on the road one more time!!

  • You know that's Right!!!

  • That's my girl! Bring datt shit DOWN, Miss Natalie! :-)

  • Natalie Cole has always been one sexy %6678

  • damn!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the girl got game. i was 12 when this song came out. learned to french kiss to this song in a beanbag along with rose royce "wanna get next you" and rockin chair. dont make music like they used to!!!!!!!!!!

  • natalie, yuh a di best.

  • First Rap ever. Natalie was first artist to use technique that later became known as rap music.

  • 1st rap EVER !! 1st artist 2 use WHAT technique that became rap music !!...???? by MS Cole...WHAT song did that ?? Jazz & Blues artist created Rap, that format of music started on the plantation and then move to the clubs in 1920's & 30's...real talk....but tell me something new HOLLA !

  • Well, if that's what she wants to sing about, that's ok.

  • nun nem on the corner got swagger like her!!

feels like chuch! up in here

  • She gave me chills!!!! I love this song!!! She's still beautiful and talented!

  • SHe can really sing and so could her father.

  • amen

  • Sing it Natalie!

  • THe sista is beautiful and so is that voice.

  • I heard this song many times back in 1978, when it first came out. It is one of my favorites from that year.

  • What great memories this song always brings up. This was Natalie at the top of her 1970's fame. If you can find a copy of her live album, Natalie, Live ! grab it.

It is people like Natalie Cole, and Donna Summer that stand before us and belt out songs from 30 plus years ago, and they sound even better today !

  • i agree

  • @dopesquad so true

  • You gotta love this woman. She's beautiful inside and out . "Love is right on time " One amazing lady !

  • I saw her in concert 15 years ago and about 3 years ago, she looks and sounds the same. Just amazing.

  • I can understand her health issue because i share her pain and have the same problem ,i speak healing in our life , God Bless

  • Like father like daughter one of my Natalie Cole fav songs, you got the entire audience singing.

    You are wonderful Ms Cole.

  • She has a great voice that has LASTED the test of time. I love her tones and everything. She is also incredibly beautiful.

  • If dreams can come true, I would love to sing a duet with Natalie Cole.....What a charismatic voice she has....What a dream!

  • i love Natalie Cole her voice is one of a kind.

  • Does anybody know where I can download the Sinbad's Soul Festival concerts?

  • Fantastic!

I just watched her movie about her life.

    She is special.

  • I wish that would come on tv again...cuz I like it

    --Skiz

  • My God!!!!!

  • GO ahead Natalie!

  • You are forever real =)

  • Love all of Natalie's stuff....but the R&B is THE BEST......She really gave it to ya..

  • Fine,fine..

  • Natalie vocal performance was sensational.

  • Check other singers that's been singing their classic hits for 30+ years and see how they sound today. You may find a few but not many. She brings it everytime despite her horrible past. Thank god 4 Natalie Cole!!

  • live natalie live we need u.......go

  • I miss her, I saw her on Larry King, and I am thankful to God that he still left her vocal ability so that she can know and remember where all blessings come from, even at this time in her life when she is pressing on through her health issues. We love you Natalie, don't stop the music, and I will be praying for you.

  • i love her ... I saw her a few years ago and she did a great job of balancing her classics and the newer stuff. she's really great.

  • I love this old Natalie Cole classic!

  • She needs to sing more of her old classics what she became famous for. Her jazz ma tazz stuff is good its great. It seems that is all she sings now though. Her hardcore fans remember this stuff which is why the fans went crazy when she started singing it all. Back to the Jackson/Yancy (Natalie's song writers) days.

  • That Jazz ma tazz is whats pays the bills and what made her rich!!! and what people want to hear. She has had more success with the adult contemporary market than she did with Rand B and rightly so, the fan base is MUCH larger.

  • I agree that is has made her the bulk of her money. But if you think about it... Everything she did from 75-78 earned her success. She had FIVE #1 singles in 2 years. There would be no way she could have done Unforgettable..With Love without doing This Will Be, Inseparable, Our Love, I've Got Love On My Mind first. She had to establish herself as a singer in her her own right before she could cover her fathers music. So she owes a lot to those Jackson/Yancy days. .

  • Yes I see your point. I think it shows her versatility as an artist. I don't really like her new genre that much but some of it I like.

  • seen her a few yrs ago in Detroit and she didnt even sing This Will be........WHATEVER!

    Great video, thanks for posting!

  • THIS WAS THE BEST CONCERT EVER!

  • she's amazing
