i was doing what u said when i was gonna delete userdata it said i was using google chrome i completely forgot that i opened youtube on googlechrome so i closed it right when u said "and before you do it" LOL
Right click Chrome > Properties > Open File Location > You'll see version numbers, open the folder with the highest version number > Open "installer" folder > Open setup > Reopen Chrome
Settings are reset
Then clear your browser history and you got a brand new factory default Chrome!
Wow man that fixed it. My youtube was not loading correctly just like I think xReDxTuRtLeZx. It was an annoying flash error and resetting chrome fixed that and a LOT of other minute problems that were happening to my browser all of the time.
If your browser is not funtioning properly then you might want to try this, also even if your browser is too slow or what so ... and I have whole series on this.... go to my channel and check it out

This is really not recommended because it deletes all your bookmarks and history on chrome.
