ahhh, why does good music have to be ruined by overuse of screaming? Dont get me wronge, a little is great, but continous screaming was never my thing, destroys the song, destroys the balance of sounds. Everone to their own, I have nothing agaisnt others enjoying this, but the intro to this was ace, sounded really promising. I feel disappointed.

Ok people, i do like how this sounds, but i still believe thanks for the riffs and the vocals (both guturals and clean) that this band, in this album at least, doesnt sound black to me. To me the leading vocalist sounds more death than black. to me, black metal vocalist sound even more aggressive, but usually you hardly can understand what theyre singing.

I know your comment is old, but I have to say if you want a death metal vocalist you should look into both singers Bloodbath has had, or Suffocation, or Amon Amarth or Novembers Doom. Next to bands like that, I think this vocalist sounds far more black, or maybe thrash.

This hasnt anything to do with black metal: the guturals resemble classic death metal, and the music doesnt have anything "black", so it could only be labeled as melodic death, without the "black". An interesting band that i love is called Enslavement Of Beauty, because the voice is black metal, but the music is something else, very melodic, more like rock. black guturals are different.

The guturals are not typical black metal, but nowadays the count to black metal.

The guitars and the drums using charakterstics of black metal like fast tremolo picking and blast beats.
