So I take it you don't like the Classics line. They are after all just "updated" versions of their original self. Yeah, with screen accuracy, different molds, and more poseability. The seekers are just a given. Same with Prowl/Smokescreen/Bluestreak. You're saying that if a character should olny have one figure of himself basically. I agree with you on one point, some of the repaints are uneccesary. Not all though.

i have that astro train, its got a new head very like astrotrains-and its got hadded parts to make it look like a tripple changer when its not. so smoke that up your tail pipe and smoke it

well Sunstorm and Ramjet now have their own helmet design thanks to Swindle, and the original seeker brothers Starscream, Thundercracker, and Skywarp, of course they would look alike and Dirge(Laserwave) is a femme as for most of the other repaints YUKE!

As a fan of the seekers, I have no problem with repaints. They've been around since the G1 toyline and aren't going anywhere anytime soon.

You should check out my import Rockman X collection of figures by Bandai. Another example of repaints. And I love em all!

Sure, but in animated, what was with having 5 clones of Starscream? Two is mre than enough! 5 is just a waste of time! the best options are to make ONE repaint, and sell lots of both the original and the repaint. Then, everybody's happy.

it costs more money to make a new figure than to make a repaint and what if you didnt have the origonal mold there giving you a chanse to get it agaim
