Where is my film? I play Khachaturian's Violin Concerto. Each of the 7of us had our own individual 1/2 hour film with Mr. Heifetz! Adam did well; so did Erick Friedman, now deceased. Also, our dear Varujan Kodjian, now deceased. I want to know WHO got these films and from whom? violinplus@yahoo.com
@mu2sical Hi, I remember seeing your performance on the masterclass of Khachaturian and enjoyed it! I don't think it's on Youtube unfortunately. My teacher was Erick Friedman. All best, Nate Robinson
This is Adam Han-Gorski and he is an excellent violinist. He's had a marvelous career and has been concertmaster of many groups from Minnesota to Vienna.
I agree. Heifetz was hard on him, but man...this guy is good. Apparently, Heifetz is letting his frustrations on Friedman's performance onto this guy. But this violinist is a quick learner and knows how to maintain composure. I don't know who he is, but he's good. No doubt.
@MyMemories19 yeah but it shows that heifetz cares. if the student is worth it, the teacher will make more of an effort to get the best out of him/her. perhaps you could see it more flattering if he's giving you a harder time? lol
