  • He's right...the breakaway countrys should have neutrality and everyone should create economic projects for them instead of all the friction of war.

  • America is kind of like that really good kid in school that all the parents and teachers see real potential in, then starts hanging out with all the bad kids and becomes some homeless guy thats destroying his life. Come on America, clean up your act.

  • russians deep down hate georgia because of stalin and beria

  • listen you brainwashed russians we chose our president and you have no right taling about him take care your own criminal president which has already killed millions of people.

  • ''SICK PEOPLE WHO WRITE THE SCENARIOS THEMSELVES, ACT THEM OUT THEMSELVES, MAKE A MOVIE, AND THEN SHOW IT TO SOCIETY IN ORDER TO INTIMIDATE IT''............IT SOUNDS LIKE AMERICA!!!!!

  • Russia Always lied and went back on their word on every pact they made in order to undermine Georgia. Did they abide by the Sarkozy peace plan they signed? NO! Russia has no Honor! It treats small nations on it's boarder like shit! Russia is exactly like the Soviet union, they abandoned Communism, but they are bringing back Stalin. Stalin killed more people than Hitler. Putin and his Russian regime is Criminal.

  • That peace plan wasnt proposed by Sarcozy it was Medvedev who proposed it... Anyway there was conflict for about decade! Nobody gived a shit..

  • lol, Medvedev proposed it hu? That's why the original document is in French? You're a Russian Zombie, you're the one that doesn't give a shit.

  • It doesnt matter in wich language it was... And eah i dont give a shit about you GryzinbI!

  • Stalisn was Gruzin... Dont bark after the fight! Saka Tie eater... XD

  • @dimdaman here don't forget Stalin was Georgian.and Georgia attack S.Osetia first, all world knows that now, stop been an angel, Saakashvili killed alot of civilians in S.Osetia i can see he had alot of respect for small nation like S.Osetia

  • @dimdaman Wasn't Stalin Georgian?

  • This Gulashvili is russian guy with Putin connections about Austrian "conference" there russians organized Anti-Nabucco PR campaign to make Georgia look like "unsafe" for Nabucco and make "save" Russia's "south stream" this guy continues his dirtywork under KGB

  • Georgian politicians in the georgian parliament, ( so Mishas puppets ) may are assholes talking for money and might but Russian politicians are just uneducated dumb faggots, really omg ....

  • Какого хрена там вообще разговаривать, надо было просто порвать эту чайку солдатов Саакашвили, и повесить их вместе с Саакашвили на центральной площади в Тбилиси! Саакашвили лизал и будет лизать американские жопы!

  • The idea about the peace pact is not new. Similar idea was proposed in the beginning of 19-th but it ended by Russian invasion in Azerbaijan, Armenia and in Georgia.

Now days, by this idea Russians try to obscure there long time goal, to take full control over Georgia and Azerbaijan.

Unrealistic to believe that Russians withdraw the military base from Armenia even if Armenians ask to do so.

  • Will the US yank the chain of their mad-dog blubber-mouth before WW3?

  • the only nationalism people in russia should be concerned with is that of of the neo-nazis that have taken a strong hold inside the motherland. i weep for the russian people, deceived by stalin and led down a road of perverted fascism. there is no true communist state on the planet. they have all been corrupted by leaders and those with power ... to line their own pockets and that of their friends. just look at china. massive profits. wheres that money go ? not to its millions of poor farmers.

  • For the American people the sad part is that we are drug into these conflicts to further the interests of globalist western corporations who care not for the American people and only use the people of the USA for profit and to provide the resources for their corporate globalism.

  • Well said.

  • One last thing the neo nazis movement might have some offcial from russia but this is part of the plan, the neo nazis group (one of them) said the russian governement where fighting them so don't fall to the B.S. the best way to get the public opinion on u.s.a. side is to say how all russian are in the mafia and that they are buddy's with the neo-nazis organisation in russia, the truth is Russia is giving problem for the NWO therefor they are being set up, thats how the western/europe elite deal

  • please dont act as if they dont exsist. id like to visit russia one day, but not if my passport is going to be taken and the shit beaten outa me.

  • I agree both Nato and Russia have their own agenda, I am sure Russia would cooperate if it didn't feel under threat from Nato activities however who knows for all I know it could be a set up on both end as long as their not starting a nuclear all out war it's all good with me... wait isn't that what they plan to do anyway ???

  • Screw nato and Russia their both aggressive Georgia needs to just stay away from both of them

  • yes, it will be better for all sides

  • Russia should go back into Georgia, sieze that druggie faggot Sakashvelli, and execute him publically like the dog that he is.

  • Great video TheRealNews

you justify your name The REAL News !

right or wrong nothing will change reality

Russia will resist to NATO on those borders and Georgian defeat will

be even greater if they try something

  • NATO is increasingly irrelevant and pesterous since the end of the 'cold war', flailing about for messes to stir up and responding inadequately or not at all to real problems

  • Down with NATO; long live SCO

  • Russian special forces got an ENTIRE Georgian brigade to act in mutiny against the government?

who is this retard trying to fool?

  • Of course it's provacative... it's meant to be. Empires call this "diplomacy" using fear of the "other" as it's unifying motive. Scare Americans and they'll believe most anything you tell them often enough. I appreciate the mutiny. We could have stood a little of that ourselves with Abu Grahib, et al. Don't know who the aggressor is, but we can guess who the victims will be: folks like you and me.

  • the aggressor is greed, profits at ANY cost (and ANY includes human lives)....i thank my lucky stars every night that my college education from a liberal school let me see the light and that i didn't go to an socially secluded school that's suffering from the cancer of intellectual dogma.....our elders' generation may think we're just as stupid, but most of us have woken up to the reality of governments

  • hey i want to thank all the people that work for this organization! for bringing us the truth! far too long have the likes of CNN and Fox dominated our flow of info!

  • ww3 is coming

  • The shit is really hitting the fan in this part of the world.

  • why would we trust the georgian government after the shit they pulled last time?

  • Georgia is NOT being used by the U.S. against Russia, the U.S. supports them for sure, and both are anti-Russia... but RUSSIA is the aggressor in this war, THEY are the ones pushing the propaganda

  • LOL

  • the international monitors and timeline of events indicates otherwise though it was said that the monitors were fsb....... though that is highly questionable.

  • got to love the illuminati handshake obama gives at 2:15

  • -_-

  • ty Real News.

  • propaganda ... follow the money trail it always gives it up

  • I would say georgia is being used by israel aganist russia with the help of the US

  • Georgia is being used by the US against Russia.

  • is the US also responsible for Russia's homegrown neonazi movement? i love watching people try to blame the US for everything, but they won't agree that if it weren't for us, half the world would starve

  • the 3rd world starves NOW because of our inexhaustible hunger for the worlds resources. we make up 4% of the worlds human population yet we use a quarter of its natural resources. If we really wanted to solves an super issue like world hunger all the 1st world would have to do is reduce the amount of food they eat by 1/52nd, and give that very small fracture to the 3rd world - hunger solved. Thats right, the amount of food we eat in a week could feed the 3rd world for a year! Thank about that!

  • i see, well from anthro classes i know that OUR CONSUMPTION isn't the primary reason the 3rd world is starving....for one thing, the 3rd world is caught in sexual repression of females via religious excuse and bigotry, hence their population is too big...today we roll in food, but it's not distributed well in the world....northeast Africa and countries like Niger are too dry to grow their own food, but Turkey, Chile, Mexico, and CA are the top leaders in agriculture thanks to their soil

  • Why is NE Africa too dry? Was it always this way? If it had been, why would there still be as many people as there are? People had lived there for hundreds of years within their means. The truth is that their climate has been one of the first to fall due to the WEST's carbon lifestyle. You should have paid closer attention in your anthro class. Our consumption is the primary reason for global conflict. Darfur does not make bombs and neither does Georgia. The US certainly does.

  • siradam, i didn't know you had a PhD in everything, let me take you back to school....human-caused climate change is as old as industry; How old carbon-based industry is? couple hundred years in terms of accumulative damage, the drying of northern africa + Saudi arabia + nearby occurred during evolutionary times, not b/c of recent use of oil (and 19-20th century is infintesimal compared to evolution, but we've done enough damage)...evolution is another topic i need to educate you on, apparently!

  • NE Africa or Saudi Arabia? There is a difference. NE Africa has had a regular monsoon season that made their population levels sustainable, until the past 15-20 years, when it has slowly gotten shorter and shorter until it is now nonexistant due to recent climate change, its well documented. BTW, much of N. Africa was grassland, much like the American mid west, such as Nebraska and Oklahoma, until the Romans over farmed there after they won control of Carthage. Research: nat. geographic, etc.

  • Yes you got that 101%

There was NO naeonazi movement in USSR, ončly after pro-american Jeltsin came on power...they came from the immigration to create chaos in Russia !

  • there is a neonazi movement in russia NOW, i'm not talking about USSR, the hell with USSR, thank god we broke it up...

  • YaY !

You are stupid as horseasshole !

  • no discoverrussia, the neonazis are "stupid as horseasshole", good luck to you and your movement, i assure you, the planet won't stand for it....russia is digging itself into the ground and nobody except outsiders realize that it's a real problem....

  • luv4knowledge - are u armianin? big problems will be with armenia without russia

  • the best thing for Armenia is to join the west and forget russia....there's no future with the russian model, they know it, we know it, and Armenia's economy can only improve from a combination of outside and internal effort....

  • ok, do that way, don't forget about turkey, iran , azerbaidzhan near armenia, what will happen with karabakh? armenia got karabakh only with support of russia...

for russia definetly not need to support armenia, but government of armenia permanently ask russia for money , for military support, tell pls to armenian president stop do that, we need our money to us, not to armenia.

  • well those aren't really the issues, Russia may have cared about Armenia in the recent past but things are changing and deep down the Russian govt doesn't care about anything but nationalism, which is probably equally stupid as communism...when will they learn? they can't win with thoughts of presumed preeminence....

  • about what u say? nationalism???? only in your head..... tell please to president of armenia that usa can give more money and weapons than russia, so armenia can ask support from usa, it is ok for us. and stop please talk this bullshit about nationalism in russia.

  • and tell, please, to all armenians stop to go to russia, tell them to live in usa much better than in russia, ok ? i 'm very friendly to armenians , but will be better if armenians and others will live at their homelands , or in the usa.

  • anyway insult please turkey , or iran - they did much bad things to armenia, russia fought against them and saved armenia in the past, if now usa preferable for you , it is not a problem at all for us, forget please about russia and will be close to west countries, it is ok.

  • wow, first you say there is no nationalism in russia, then you say armenians should not live in russia....tell me, what is the definition of nationalism?

  • wow, wow .... so primitive? my best friend are armenian man. i dislike when person which nation prefer to live in russia insult russia, and i don't say should not live in russia a - i said that it will be better if not all armenians will live in russia. anyway if u russophobe no need to talk with you more, my experience show me that many times. common rule for these peoples is russian=bad. personaly u, if u dislike russia , can forget about us , please do it.

  • look andrnikit, you can't DENY the neonazi movement in Russia, they attack young Armenian men and slit their throats, and you're telling me this isn't an issue the average Russian should be concerned with? this is my issue, not you...the problem is this movement is going to get much much worse before it gets better, and that will cost Russia dearly...

  • Join the West? This is part of the problem: Why do they need to join the West? Why can they not use whatever model their people choose on their own without some outsider giving them their unsolicited and uninformed advice? You really weren't paying attention in anthropology.

  • by "joining the west" i mean join the bandwagon that promotes entrepreneurial and original thinking.....I don't support our foreign policy, but in our civil sector scientists are working hard for mostly decent aims....sadly ethics does get violated in science, mainly in advance of medicine, and despite lack of access here in the US the most advanced surgeries are performed....if Russia knows what's best for them, then how come their technology isn't bought the world over?

  • now it seems like Japanese technology is bought the world over if you look at this from a materialistic viewpoint, maybe the discoveries were American, but the actual technology that people buy, generally comes from Japan or China...

So doesn't that raise some concerns about American dominance in the field of science?

America is also far richer than any other state, so it makes sense that they would spend the most on science.

  • hmmm....true, but Japan's tech is mostly gadget tech, they're not exploring space to the extent that we are, and not having as much agricultural land, they're not a leader in that field of science....the US is the leader in biotech, that's what I mean

the US made itself rich by loaning a lot of money to itself, and turning ideas into realities, hence we reaped what we sowed....but to stay a leader, the US has to get its carbon demand under sustainable control b/c our country is so huge

  • I agree with your general viewpoint, but I differ b'c I detect a certain amount of ethnocentricity in what you are saying. American science would not be, without the inventions of a great many immigrant scholars, would not be without the inventions of the Arabs, the Greeks, the Chinese.

    Not to mention the bomb...

Not to mention the patent agency which has quelled a great many inventions as being unorthodox in their science.

It might be worth noting as well that America has enormous foreign det

  • sorry if I was being ethnocentric....I was referring more to the past 25 years with the advance of molecular technology and how we have the most research outlets coast to coast in the US...sadly it took a lot of creeps (James Watson) and oddballs (Kary Mullis) for us to get here, but the most advances in biotech will continue to come from the US, which is multiethnic at its core, so that's a good thing :o)

  • I hear that brotherman I hope I can see some crazy shit go down in my lifetime.

  • What the planet is no longer coming to tolerate is the US's foreign policy and people like you who have no idea what is really going on in the world today. Find some independent sources like the Real News and then come back. And don't take that US media propaganda you regurgitate as the truth!

  • I was referring to evolutionary times regarding the change in N. Africa and the Arabian lands, not during the roman empire....yeah i'm not stupid, not a lot of Americans are actually, you should go to a college campus and realize this....however, what I do defend is the freedom in the US to carve one's path towards success (with acceptance that structural violence exists)....the leader in science is the US and scientists from Russia come to the US to conduct research, not the other way around

  • This phrase you keep using, 'evolutionary times.' When is this? The lifeforms of Earth are in a perpetual state of evolution.

I understand that most Americans, especially those that have soft science/lib. art degrees THINK they are informed, but they are the most propagandized.

US lead in science is relative. At one time, Arabs were the lead in mathematics, the Chinese had discoveries in chemistry long before Europe, Russia has had masterful history in engineering: Sputnik, rockets...

  • by evolutionary times I mean millenia before language and when many hominid ancestors were alive....humans had no reason to leave Africa (largely Ethiopia---where we first walked the earth) other than the fact that it started drying out and hence dwindling water and food, hence they looked east, north, and northeast....the Greeks and Arabs were great in scientific theory, but the US leads in biological science application today, and that's what makes a leader in science

  • the other thing is that the US funds science more than any other country, and that's why it's an attractive for PhD's from other countries to come and to conduct science here...don't get me wrong, the picture isn't perfect.....we still have tons of work to do in terms of having equality for healthcare, recruiting + keeping more women in science, as well as moving ahead with more antibiotic and antiviral meds, which are going to be desperately needed to keep up with microbe evolution

  • what your saying is misleading and not completely true.

  • really? do tell what is not true and what's misleading? over half the professors I had in science were foreign, which means they come here for the better opportunities, b/c there is no evidence to the contrary.....the US govt may be incredibly stupid, but that's just the method to the madness: the shrewdness when it comes to the business of science.....the EU will soon start crashing financially b/c they don't have as much control...and how am I wrong regarding inequality?

  • luv4knowledge, I think your statements are misleading and untrue. I am not saying that you are stupid, however you do say things that are not the real reality. The fact is the U.S. Doesn't invent and discover most of the worlds Cutting edge biotech methods. I do biotech, What you say is partly true but it plays out differently. The world is setup the way it is for an effiecent reason. Euro-scientist are better trained and educated than US conterparts. Sorry.

  • The U.S. is developing its Biotech programs right now to compete with the rest of the world. Many in this field are from microbiology, etc. Many of the theories and work are done in Euro. Sadly nothing is done in house and ever product or method has to go on a global journey but what you imply is not the totally accurate and it will mislead many who read it. The U.S is a very powerful and rich nation, Pumps alot of dollars in the R&D, but doesn't mean it does everything the best or is the leader

  • now what I read seemed to have little to do with inequality, so your retort seemed to be baseless. You state the E.U will soon start crashing financially because of control, well what thing that exist in specfic form doesnt have a life span of some sort. Only concepts and theme seemingly have immortality. As much as I hate to write this, the U.S is crashing financially, the world is crashing financially. Alot of it is due to past agreements, spear headed by the U.S.

  • Now these are different types of cookies. So I will take my fill and leave, but before I do maybe one last bite. Japan is a leader in technology. History will prove this. To explain this will require some room but I can do it and do the research and show you. They have to become technologically advanced to be efficent because they don't have large amounts of land. People that have less then to find innovative ways to be efficent. That is history, your a smart guy, luv4knowledge.

  • sorry wrong again....i finished grad school too, and every company I ordered reagents from things from was created and based in the US....Europe is getting too small to have a globally impacting manufacturing sector....and No, european scientists aren't better trained than US scientists...one's training depends on their own motivation and drive....France, Germany, and also Sweden are pretty fast moving when it comes to life science stuff, but Germany perhaps more in physical sciences

  • U.S is growing and the biotech industry is booming, yes. Europe has its difficulties, however most of the experts in biotech and leading innovations did not come from the U.S it came from europe. The United states can sponser alot more yes because it has the money, that is why we are developing or biotech resources now, you and I are part of that world if you also take biotech.

  • The US has the potential and is outstripping currently other nations in biotech, because it is more expense for its own internal reasons. The fact is more skilled biotechnician's are in europe the united states does, by those resources as well. Then those skilled which were already developed in the EU are used and industrialized here. US buys many things, alot and alot of R&D and that comes from other nations as well you know. Again your smart person, so I mean no insult. I enjoy this discourse

  • What sources are you using besides the conventional wisdom espoused by the television in concern with 'thank god we broke it up?' Who is the 'we' in that statement?

  • That's right. The same PR people that helped Obama actually helped Yeltsin.

  • @ddiiaa52 you stupid conspiracy idiots dont know anything.you blame everything on the usa, there are even those of you that blame the usa for weather and earth quakes. bunch of morons.

  • Is it better for the US to play out these war games with Russia over Georgian territory? Why not let the other NATO members, those who obviously have a larger stake in this political game, be the larger players. I'm sick of my American people being the financial engine for western economic and political hegemony... WTF?

  • military free zones...the only place safe for people who don't want to play war. the war mongers will never stand for it. Too Bad.

  • The same way tiny Israel can attack larger countries - by being supplied arms, training and intelligence from the US. Ultimately they cannot beat Russia but they can and have threatened them so Russia must respond to defend itself and ethnic Russians in Georgia.

  • I think the report is very balanced and all sides were heard

the conflict is between the US and Russia where Georgia is the battleground

  • Agreed. Although the real threat wasn't mentioned. The Georgia invasion threatened the only aerial supply line to the theater of war in Afghanistan.

  • sarkashvili is a puppet of the west and put there as part of americas encirclement policy to provoke a ww3 with russia o.o

  • great comment! you are absolutely right!

    peace

  • refreshing to see a bit of reality on this propaganda pit .

the real news should be called the propaganda puppet

  • lol usually i get flamed to death when i speak the truth ^^

but like george orwell said speaking the truth in times of ehh.. dishonesty or so is a revolutionary act. something like that

  • This is exactly right and what is going on.

  • You will never here this (the truth) on TV. I don't watch local or national news on my tv anymore unless I want to pick apart what they are reporting and prove how wrong they are.

  • i really don't miss tv anymore, this is way more thought provoking

  • watching paint dry is more thought provoking than TV.

  • I don't know what you're talking about... I love hearing about somolian pirates 4 months, and swine flu, and what the runner up from miss america thinks, and defending torture, and Hillary clinton's period....

I guess you just don't appreciate what's really important =/

  • =)) lol

  • lol im just crazy i guess :P

  • The people of Ossetia and south Ossetia want to be Russian. And they would be already if it werent for 1 oil pipe line running through those regions. All of this violence is over a small percent of one U.S. commodity. It's disgusting.

  • great reporting
