  • IM SURPRISED HE DIDNT GET SACKED YET.

  • Sanchez is very overated. He stinks. There I said it.

  • wow does all this and is still ass

  • he and jamrcus russel are pretty close in terms of how they suck I am a raider fan and why mark sanchez sucks is becau he hals plaxico burres and ladion tomlonson there and he does not even use them to the advantage just so revolting they should shut the jets down because of him the raiders destroyed them this year because we are ausome like all you know so all raider fans subscribe to me i like alot of teams just not the jets not to talk smack or anything but the truth shall be free raidersjwb

  • @footballbro102800 no the raiders beat them because sanchez was injured dumb fuck thats why the packers raped you guys

  • sanchez should work more on the deep ball cause the jets longest play on offense this year was 30 yards... coming from a jets fan

  • u must be desperate if u taking lessons from mark sanchez lol

  • its funny cause he still sucks.

  • nice ending

  • Good Drills

But Sanchez needs to toughen up hes a bit of a pretty boy....Not as much as Tony Romo but close. The only advantage Romo has over Sanchez is that he play with broken ribs

  • @SportzAgents lol, yeah, maybe he should go break his own nose so he can therefore be more tough, or get plastic surgery.

  • must burn your calfs

  • mark sanchez is the man!!!

  • Ima 14 year old qb and this help a lot thx man

  • @2340warrior if you'd like to continue to be a qb, stop taking lessons from Mark Sanchez haha

  • Seems like a bad ending...

  • looks like a running back drill

  • callofduty kid no i don't because it sounds like you have no wide receiver help

  • Did he hit the camera man tho?? lol

  • BEAST!!!

  • best feet in the nfl

  • i met him in lake forest, Ca before he was in SC

  • Tony Romo has the best pocket presence

  • lmfao 0:29

  • i do this everyday

  • haha... at end... holy sh..... lol

  • I know right! He's a freaking stud!!

  • Wow, I guess I touched a nerve, which I told you was not the purpose. I liked the drill. This is one reason I rarely place myself on the net coaching drills. No one knows MY purpose or reasoning. You know who I am and what I have done, I have an understanding of physical and mental training, and dont mind debating anyone in a positive manner without personal shots. BTW, I have been coaching football teams and kids since 1983, so i get it. Nice facility BTW, looks like you have done well

  • @ACCOTTAWA I am not cocky, but admittingly a little offended. However, there are many other things worse in life and I know you probably didn't really mean to insult me so I'm over it. Best of luck.

  • @tnorman36 does your dvd "Position Specific Training for Football: The Quarterback" have the drills that you use with mark sanchez on it?

  • @ACCOTTAWA Your comment although seemingly intelligent, was definately insulting and not an attempt to have a positive, constructive, discussion with a fellow professional regarding appropriate training intervals/durations for quarterbacks. Next time find out a little more about the situation before you add your negative 2 cents.

  • @ACCOTTAWA Mark likes to work hard, and many times comes back to me out of shape and wants to get conditioned so when he goes out and throws100 passes one after another he has stamina. Conditioning his legs and core keeps his arm healthy as we all know when the legs get tired, throwing becomes an arm-dominant motion, which leads to injury and a host of other problems.

  • @ACCOTTAWA NFL Quarterbacks usually have 1 to 5 seconds max to release the ball, not 6 to 8. However, Mark spends hours on the field throwing passes to recievers with normal 3, 5 and 7 step drops almost on a daily basis. He doesn't need to come in and do the exact same thing with me for another hour, although of course we do many other footwork drills that are shorter and more situational specific, resisted/assisted drops, sprint outs, bootlegs, etc..

  • @ACCOTTAWA Lorne it just pissed me off. For one, I've been training Mark since high school so must be doing something right since he signed a 5-year 60 Million Dollar contract. Secondly, your comment although has value in terms of sport-specificity, lacks an understanding of physical and mental conditioning, the specific needs of the individual athlete, the time period of his training, etc.

  • Nice drill, but its way too long for a quarterback. 6-8 seconds max, he is not a marathon runner

  • @ACCOTTAWA Last I checked marathon's take 3 to 4 hours to complete, not 30 seconds. Stick to training hockey players Goldy and quit acting like a "know it all", your making Canadian's look like assholes.

  • @tnorman36 usa huh? well who would expect that...?

  • @ACCOTTAWA just a question how many college and nfl quarterbacks have you coached? not tryin to be a douche but he can train them anyway he wants if he keeps producing them and if you have none well....

  • @ACCOTTAWA i know the way he coaches he likes to condition his athletes while training them. this was probably a conditioning drill and thats why he went for 30 sec.

  • @ACCOTTAWA last comment promise but in the fourth quarter when mark is tired and the game is on the line the length of this drill will come in handy.

  • @ACCOTTAWA you always want to over do it with the training.. so the real thing seems like nothing.

  • @ACCOTTAWA and you never have any pointing you which way to go . Its a footwork drill.

  • @ACCOTTAWA If he can do it good for 30 sec. in practice then 6-8 sec. in a game should be a breeze. That's how training works my man.

  • @ACCOTTAWA There trained professionals I think they know what there doing

  • @ACCOTTAWA - what a clown !!!!! so your arguing with the knowledge these trainers have? your on youtube tryin to spit your knowledge ? never even considering the fact that these trainers deal with athletic machines all day long that get paid millions of dollars to do what they do ? but they should take the youtube guru's advice right? hahaha man where have u been?? you can save the NFL alot of money! CLOWN !!!!!!!!!!

  • WOW!

    el final hahaha

  • sexy

  • wow awesome footwork..right on point

  • @hollisterx016 negative. he looked down most of the time.

  • well you have to make sure sometimes that you know where you are

  • Nice footwork hopefully he does good the rest of the year 10 picks is not good he needs to get used to the NY weather

  • hahahahahaha the ending is perfect. he looks a beast with that footwork

  • that's fantastic footwork .

  • wait on NFL network they said he had a good game vs the Texans but bad footwork. It shows here he has decent footwork

  • His footwork is amazing!

  • Comment removed

  • ..aaaaaaaaaaaaaand no one cares.

  • haha yea it does sound like that

    he has a gun

  • The first thing I thought of after watching his highlights was his footwork and balance look spot on perfect. This vid shows his impressive ability to move in the pocket.

  • @Cooleemee43 his balance and feet are perfect hes has all the intangibles and he was blessed with a good team to help give him confidence and accelerate his transition. i cant believe people are still doubting his ability.

  • lol it kinda sounded like he hit somebody in the head with the football

  • nice footwork
