  • @darkcurrent We have a video displaying are leg strengths, which is probably alot more then what you can do with your legs. I have 17 inch arms people on my team have 20 inch arms, thats big enough, none of us wanna look like a professional body builder. Leave more respectful comments, especially if you dont know what your talking about and making ASSumptions

    Just because you're not bodybuilders, it's not an excuse to have twig legs, which you DO have. Your leg exercises are for sissies. Lunges? one legged jumps? Extreme my ass. You'll never get big doing that shit... only low reps and high weights will build tree trunks.

  • @darkcurrent if I'm not mistaken, even Vin Diesel has skinny legs compared to his upper body.... I hate it when people envy others for the way their upper body looks and then they make stupid comments about legs, just to undermine their achievements. I'm there also, so I know what I'm talking about (I push more weight than all my friends with thicker legs, but I also have muscles and they only have adipose tissue). Respect for these guys

  • omfg u guys are fucking sick stronger than any friggin bodybuilder. I would also like to know about your eating habits. Do you take supplements or only eat like very high in protein and lower in carbs ?

  • @totomoser cheers man, I´m not part of the barstarzz but I´d like to comment on your question: get rid of the idea of going low on carbs. These dudes have sick metabolic rates, they need carbs to restore glycogen in their muscles. Without this they would be burning out one after the other. If you dont do this a process called neoglucogenesis takes place that uses aminoacids from your muscle to create carbs and supply it to your body. This resource is limited and will lead to muscle deterioration
