We have a .com website that presents items for sale in English, French, and several other languages. We've placed the hand-translated pages into the sitemap -- but all pages currently have a US-English HTML tag. For SEO purposes, should we include xml:lang="fr" in the HTML tag for the pages rendered in French? Relatedly, does a webmaster need to submit different sitemap.xml files for google.fr and google.de than what's used in the United States?
Hi, I have a website in Spanish and paid for translate it. after I realize they have used Google translator plus some human corrections, how can I be sure that my site is not poenalized in some way? the truth is being very dificult to rank with that site, Thanks!
Why does some websites say they are in different languages when they are in english.....just a glitch?
