Vision Beyond 20/20: 20/10 Vision in the Year 2010

I have 20/8 vision and so does my brother what does this mean?

@TheGnomelandSecurity It means you have extremely good vision. 20/20 is supposed to be standard; 20/10 (what I have) is twice as good, you have even better. It means that you can see things as clearly at 20 feet what others can only see at 8 feet.
