Not all dogs like it when you blow in their face. My 1 yr old hates it. She runs away. Once she was pretty close to me and I decided to breath slowly at her and she jumped away like I was spitting fire at her. She would NEVER put her head out the window in a car!

My 1 year old is also scared to death if she is higher up then the sofa. So if I hold her, she gets paralized with fear. It's quite obvious the pup doesn't like the treatment, but I would never make it my business.
