I also feel your pain - having this same problem right now, although not nearly as bad since the dog is across the street and we can sort of drown him out with the air conditioner set on high fan. That is some truly aggravating barking. I hope they have moved out by now, or something...good luck.

I found it!That's just CRAzY!I like the part where you indicate that it gets quiet4 a moment as if to fake you out!Then the barking starts back up. Once in awhile I would get a respite of about an hour when the dog would take a nap in the afternoon.I hope U have dog barking ordinances where you are.I am documenting videos when violations occur.That way when I feel when there is no recourse but to take it to court,I have something to back up my case.Even at this point I feel I have a valid case.
