  • The correct pronunciation of JOHOBA is HOHOBA oil-which incidently is the closest to the balance of the skin, that's why is is so suitable.

  • your from Pittsburgh aren't you

  • @LinSF03 Traditionally it is determined by how much of the solution are essential oils. Perfume would be around 15% and cologne would be 5-8%. But from where I am from most people call any fragrance for women Perfume and any fragrance for men Cologne, that and the fact that a good deal of fragrances are just chemicals rather than essential oils

  • KITTY!

  • the "j" in jojoba is silent :)

    hohoba!

  • cutie

  • thumbs up for the cat in the background :D

  • mmm what's the difference between Cologne, fragance and perfume? most of the time people laugh at me when I say Perfume for men (since in my country its ok to say perfume for men) seems like perfume is only for women here in the USA?

  • @LinSF03 yes its mainly for women in the usa it contains more essential oils and is more concentrated and seems to be frequently floral based

  • lol at 5:40 - stretch!

  • Pronounced hohoba oil. :0)

  • Cologne on my freshly shaved neck will burn and make my neck horribly red. I just spray a spray or two on my shirt and pulse-points. Also, because I sweat profusely (hyperhidrosis) and live in Houston (most humid hot city in America).

  • What's the first cologne you used called? Starts with a F.

  • i just sprayed some Curve (my favorite) on my pulse points, moments before I had shaved. owwww :(

  • & u havent cleaned your room forever dude!

  • plain old vaseline works perfect in very thin coats

  • would the mens aqua di angelo armani colongne be too strong and what about rl polo black

  • haaha your funny you know Ulta and Sephora. I told my dad "can you take me to Sephora" and he was like, "Thats a make believe planet from avatar, so no"... hes so stupid...ahahah

  • @Chococat1720 lmao ur dads funny :) ahahahahaha :)

  • You mentioned that you sold watches.I am looking for some watches with leather bands with a price range of 300 to 600$.(my wrist are too small for medal bands) Any advice???

  • There's a creepy cat on his bed

  • Rather than spraying into open pores, apply pure tea tree oil as aftershave: this will actually block toxicity/infection while INCREASING the saturation effect!

  • TO SPRAY FRAGRANCE INTO YOUR PORES IS QUITE TOXIC.. WHATEVER YOU PUT INTO YOUR SKIN ABSORBS INTO YOUR BLOODSTREAM.. YOU ARE TOXIFYING YOUR BODY BY DOING THIS...

  • Why is everyone focusing that much on how they look in front of the camera? I am talking about the reviewers....

    Everyone is copying each other

  • haha i was distracted by your cat for a while .

  • I got 3 rules to make cologne last longer. 1 DOn't eat chocolate 2 Buy smaller bottles so won't get weak 3 If you live in a hot/humid place keep your cologne in the refrigerator.

  • @guayacan07 wait why not eat chocolate

  • @guayacan07 perfumes don't get weak if you store them correctly

  • @SERPENTHEART They do get weak an EDT will last anywhere from 2-4 yrs

  • @guayacan07 thanks for the knowledge. but i wouldn't be that slow on wearing them ay lol

  • @SERPENTHEART I mean, if you have 50 , 4.2 oz bottles I don't think you can wear them in 3 years ( keep in mind you keep adding to your collection)

  • @guayacan07 very true. 50 of them would be just too much

  • Tim,

Your recos are wonderful and I've alread tried out a few of them perfumes like Burberry London, Eau Fraiche etc and found them to be wonderful.

I'd like to add just one more point here...smoking decreases the longevity of a perfume!

    Warm Regards.

  • I find that applying fragrance on the pulse points shortens the duration of wear though you do get a more radiant effect.

and it's pronounced [ho-HO-ba] it's the natural liquid wax from the Jojoba plant but that's a GREAT tip it really does help as I have done this many times as well

I do NOT recommend spraying an alcohol based fragrance on one's face immediately after shaving. your tender layers of skin are exposed and alcohol dries your skin this could definitely cause premature aging.

  • nice info mate..please do a review on BOSS PURE..a friend of mine told me that its good.

  • hey man what if a person sweats too much... like on arms and and face and neck.. doesnt it kinda washes out the frag.. like in hot and humid place..

  • Hi Tim, i would like to ask you what else i can use instead of jojoba oil ? for some reason its not available in my area. I have dry skin and the weather here is also pretty dry, im having longevity and projection issues even with fragrances like JPG - Lemale your suggestion would help me a lot !!

  • I am not trying to be rude, but I am positive jojoba oil is pronounced "hohoba".

  • Man you look almost just like my cousin xD awesome video man!! :D Keep up the very good work

  • ok

but i thought after the shave if we spray the perfume then it crazily burn the skin

  • Nice vid, however, the "j's" in jojoba are pronounced with an "h".

  • is that a ps3? if so do u play online? add me psn is aLucKyMaN

  • now thats a real man.

  • THank you for your well-made video Tim. Nice techniques.

I spotted your kitty over there :) Nice pet Tim. I like cats too :)

    Cheers,

  • i have dry skin so colognes usually last on the lower end. I usually put on moisturizer before putting on my cologne, i find that helps.

  • Hey Tim can You please review on how cologne can last on shelf life. I know you and other players own over 40 bottles and they can last years if you rotate on them. What about the ones you tend to ignore or save for special occasions. also when buying online how do you know if a bottle you got is brand new but might have been in stock for years? Are they still good and effective?

  • Keep in mind jojoba comes in consistencies from as light as cooking oil to like he said as thick as peanut butter, pick the thicker. Also, the cheaper colognes (no offense to anyone) like the ones he's describing in the video tend to be the ones that don't last long but when first used are extremely strong, too strong IMO due to the higher alcohol content! While your more expensive houses like Bond or Creed aren't as overpowering like in the morning but last all day.

  • ur cat owns :D

  • Btw, I'm in Toronto Canada and the air here is very very dry and cold around this time. So, this method definitely works.

If you live where I live, the method for applying many fragrances can easily change as well, inorder to get the perfect projection.

  • That dude down there knows his stuff. Vaseline works really well. But vaseline is mostly good for strong winter fragrances rather than summer ones.

Freaking Angel Men with Vasaline on my skin lasted forever. Plus, on my skin, it gave a very unique flowery and chocolaty smell. But, that was only on my skin.

  • Could you do a video on the fragrances that project the best? Thanks

  • good for you lose 3 kg........ hope see your next video soon.

  • great lighting this time

  • lol "eggzorb it"

with that aside, good videos! keep em coming!

  • will this work with Creed Imperial. I love that cologne execpt it lasts like 2 hours on me lol

  • jojoba oil is pronounced hohoba oil ( :

  • OMG PLAY CALL OF DUTY WITH ME TIM

  • jojoba oil works great thanks tim...another thing i use is apply a minute layer of vaseline under my ears ( pulse points) and spray one shot on each...gives great longevity n projection...got excellent results with london and RL polo Black...ps do not spray more than one shot or its gonna be a wild ride for ur nose

  • He has taste. i believe that is a ps3 and call of duty in the backround! LOL!

  • Thanks for going back to your room, much more watchable. :)

  • i jus do wat girls do and put 1 spray behind both ears .helps when ur dancing at a club girls come in and talk in your ear and they get a nice wiff of the cologne then ur settttttt. the ears gives off alot of heat which makes the cologne project.

  • the right after shave method works great on me too, but if i do it for more then a few weeks i start to get a rash for some reason

  • Nice video, a review on Izod cologne would also help.

  • nice video Tim! GO VIKINGS!!!!!!

  • Nicely done Tim! I have also found that a couple of sprays on the chest near the heart (one of the biggest pulse point) tends to last longer. Got chest hair, even better..

  • have you heard of Black from rue 21. if you've tried it let me know what you think.

  • my man, the word is absorb! that's a B! love you dude.

  • LOLOL

  • dude, I know what you mean, one of my buddies puts the frauche on his clothes and it smells terrible.

  • I live in Arizona and it's super dry here. which will help me the most?

  • Thank You Very Much!

  • how about a review on Geir Ness

  • Cool Tim!. I dont have a beard to shave yet so I cant do that:(

  • thats a good idea

  • If I were to do these methods with a strong cologne

(let's say for example, Angel men) Do you think it would come off as TOO strong?

  • yes sir, lucky angel mens strong enough! lol

  • @tswetcoff would it work for abercrombie and fitch feirce cologne?

  • Did you know that your pheromons will attract a woman with the Exact opposite antibodies to yours, the greater the difference, the greater the attraction. That's why you want to apply to your skin and not your shirt!

  • solidserpant...lol nice user name ;)

  • versace frosch :DDDD

  • Tim, "frosch" is a frog in german, it's eau de "fresh" :)

    /watch?v=W5X4FEOAlIc&feature=related

  • hey i didnt know i could speak german! XD lol

  • Hey Tim the last way u mentioned after shaving, what if u put on after shave, cause most people do? Or do u not put it on where u put the fragrance?

  • there a good chance they will conflict, unless you have a unsented aftershave

  • Thanks Tim, I will be trying these.

  • no prob nova

  • ehh, that shower and the shaving thing...i wouldnt do that. fragrances have oils, and those oils will get into ur pores and cause u to get breakout...just my thought.

  • great point flex, but imo anytime you put any fragrance or oil on your skin you risk the same thing.

  • i suppose, but not as much risk as right after shaving. like u said, after u shave ur pore are completely open and the last thing u want is to put oil in it. on the other hand if ur just putting on a fragrance, ur pores arent completley open. plus we put fragrance on ur chest,neck,wrist..area where acne dont normally occur.lol. btw, did u get my PM?

  • Just what I needed to know! Thanks Tim I just got Armani (Aqua Di Gio) and it doesn't last long.

  • i think u used to wear heavy scented perfume, did u use the deodorant and after shave, my friend use and it lasted on him, hope it helps.

  • Hey, new TV!

  • thanks! :D

  • @imprezzy he's on the come up with these vid's! haha

  • Awesome video! some great info!

  • glad i could help Pervy! : )

  • do u have drakkar?

  • yes he does. he has a vid review on it check it out. his dad used to wear that stuff xD

  • @tswetcoff HOw well do you play guitar? Do you have any videos?

  • lol u said jojoba :p its pronounced hohoba! haha but yeah his was really informative! thank you!!

  • yeah i have a bad habit of butching words! :P

  • Great tips tim!

  • thanks todd : ]
