"The Impatient Patient" (1942), directed by Norm McCabe. This was "recolored" in Korea (by re-animating frames from a 1955 black & white TV print) in the early '70s.
It was 1968. Two versions were done. The first included the W-7 graphics and the second with the Looney Tunes graphics from 1957, released in 1988. The 1992 colorized version was better.
