yeah but you don't have to set up f@g D like that, there's other ways to do it. One of my favorites is 335 2 man under, individual bump, DE's in purple zones, and the MLB in a QB Spy.
u could easily hit Henderson for the completion he's wide open the whole time and its not that hard to avoid the single lineman blitzing unless ur not even looking at him
i use this the same way with cover 3 buzz, it works alot better, although if the QB has time and is actually good enough to avoid the one rusher and pump fakes a bit like 2 or 3 times your linemen are so bad they bite on all the fakes so eventually someone gets open.
