  • is that black outliner a paintbrush or pencil????

  • @Nattynoo24 That's a brush dipped into ink....so like a paint brush, but with ink instead of paint. Majority of my vids, you can't see the off screen motion of me dipping, but you can in my green goblin vid (one of my first uploads).

  • dat ass

  • @Eyedias ...is tight!

  • @MsNicoleGoff :) what that thing on your right hand on most of your vids

  • @Eyedias A glove to keep the oils and sweat from my hands off the paper and keep my hand from sticking to the paper. Also glides my hand better for better control of the brush.

  • Love your art! On a sidenote, that singer sounds a lot like Tori Amos

  • @Brigeyboo Thanks! And it kinda does, doesn't it...I didn't notice till you mentioned it. Maybe that's why I was drawn to the song...hmmm.

  • When you colored in the hair did you use different shades of red (after the initial red) or did you use gray to make the red darker?

  • @lacrosse782 If I remember correctly, the same as I do most of the time which is different values of red and brown.

  • That is very impressive. What type of pen did you use in the beginning?

  • @SxFeetAboveMyFriends nvm i figured it out.I feel stupid.

  • @SxFeetAboveMyFriends hehe. NP! XD

  • is the glove to prevent smudging?

  • @elitealex1 Mostly to keep my sweat and oils off the paper as well as try to create a more smooth surface for my hand to move across.

  • just watched some of your clips, must say i am very impressed, how long would it take you to draw out somtehtin like that, the detail being so small is incredable. keep it up.

  • @bawbagM Thanks and thank you for taking the time to watch and comment! ^^ It can take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours....whether it's because I couldn't think of what to draw or the complexity of the details and/or colors.

  • @MsNicoleGoff your very welcome. thanks for the reply. do you sell any of these pictures, or is this you full time employement, could you do me an iron man one.

  • @bawbagM Some were paid commissions, some sold later, while others were gifts. I'm currently full at the moment and not taking on new commissions, sorry. ^^; But thanks for you interest!

  • ur awesome! subbed (:

  • @GETRAFIX Thanks! I just wish I posted more like I used to. ^^;

  • Hey, I love this Posin Ivy card, can you tell me what you used to color it and outline it with black ( are they different instruments or same thing but diff color?).THANK YOU!!!!! :D This is really nice!!!!!!!! Great Job!!!!!! :D

  • @TomTom6055 Thx for liking it so much. Colors are done with Copic Sketch markers and outlines are inked with a brush dipped in Pelican ink. :)

  • @MsNicoleGoff Thank you!!!!!!! Once again great job!!!!!!!! :D

  • @TomTom6055 You're very much welcome and thanks as always. ^^

  • i also just want to ask, what glove aer you wearing?

  • @goodiegoodie2shoesThis one was just some white inspection glove I cut the fingers off of. I'm currently using a black one called SmudgeGuard....which you can check out in my newest vids during the inking stage. XD

  • it's great to see someone with real talent getting some attention. amaing line work and imagination, you also have an awsome understanding of the human anatomy. Lovely music choice aswell.. You are just a very very talented artistic person.. thumbs up :)

  • @goodiegoodie2shoes Thank very much for the compliments! Although, I'm unstable and always learning with the anatomy and am not always consistent, but I appreciate the kind words. ;)

  • Thts awesome

  • @Receecup89 Thanks very much! XD

  • that songs really pretty. she sounds just like emilie autumn whom i adore.

  • @Escobar720 It's one of the few videos I have a slower song on, but I couldn't resist using it...I love it And it fit well with this piece. Thanks for watching (and listening). ;)

  • What pens are you using here? The ink work looks like a fine liner but i cant distinguish it. And what are the colour pens your using?

  • Pelican Ink with a Raphael Kolinski #0 Ink Brush....brush...yes, a brush. ;P

  • Thank you! and a brush! A BRUSH!!! :o Thats great brush work!

  • You're welcome and thanks! XD

  • Omg!!! I really LOVE this one. Poison Ivy is my favorite villain. She's so beautiful. You're so talented and have an incredible gift. I love watchin all your videos. I'm not an artist but I can draw well. But seein you it really makes me appreciate art so much more. =D Great work!!!

  • Thank you so much! I'm very appreciative that you took the time to watch and comment! And I'm happy to hear my videos do that for you. XD

  • Heh I'm glad you had fun. I'm almost caught up with all your vids! And there were a few others where the music matches very well with the character and mood of the card. But this one is especially fitting. :)

  • That's a lot of vids...I really appreciate you putting in the effort and taking the time to watch them all! XD

  • OMG I love this one! :D

  • I think it's the best one that fits the music so far...the mood, character, sound...I also had fun trying out the text thing (Hush Hush). Thanks for enjoying my vids so much! XD

  • woooooow! awesome job miz nicole

  • Glad you like it, thanks! ('miz nicole'...hehhe...I like that...;P)

  • to ink with a ink brush you must have a very very steady hand? i want to ink my drawling someday..and i tried to make a deviant art acount but then i learned its only worth making one if you have the advanced acount that you gotta pay for to keep.=|

  • It's dependent on how you ink with the brush. Since I ink slow and steady with smooth lines...it helps me to have a steady hand. Some ppl ink fast, 'sharper' edged look, 'spontaneous' etc. There's many styles with a brush that don't need a steady hand so to speak.

The extra features are best utilized if you have a greater amount of things to show, more 'active' with journals and such and have a decent amount of msg's to manage. So it never hurts to start off with a regular account first.

  • Love it as always, wer hv u been =P

  • Thank you...and where? It's only been 2 1/2 months since my last big post...;P

Hehehhe...don't worry, I have about 11-13 more to edit...so they should be going up a bit more frequently...at least for the next month or so.XD

  • Thank you and I'm sure RAVENS appreciates the kind words as well! Her other song "One Night" will be used for another vid waiting to be edited (of Rogue). ;)

  • >:-]

  • ...XD

  • Amazing! 5 Stars come on people rate her!

  • Hehhhe...yes, ratings are nice and easy...;P

    Thank you! XD

  • What's the advantage of using copic markers as opposed 2 any other type?

Will u be doing any vids wher u're talking about your process?

R u gonna show any work u have done in a larger 4mat?

Although your'e drawing a DC character, here..I'm truly "marvelling" at your work!

    k..0..

  • I've only tried Prismas other than Copics...and Copics seem to have more variety in both colors and marker type (shape of tips). They blend nicely as well.

I may consider another one with 'commentary'...but the Spider-Man Archives Green Goblin one has the most info on process right now.

I'm glad you're enjoying them. I also wanted to start trying other characters (which include other companies...and even subject...like cartoons, anime, celebs etc in the future).

  • That is Cool Beans with Awesome Sauce right there Nicole ^_^

  • YUM, awesome sauce!!! I hope it's spicy...I like spicy...XD

    Thanks!
