has to be something acidic, like acetic acid (vinegar in crystals) or even ascorbic acid (vitamin C). probably plus sugar to balance it, and maybe some extra baking soda.
garlic and abit of mash potato flakes and crunchy bread batter crumbs all do well apparently. hugh fernley whittingstall actually does sonograms to see what the most crunchy batter is.
You might want to edit the description of your video. 'Batter ' has two t's. Or it sounds like the second part of masturbator. And Scots has only one t! In fact the second and third sentences make no sense at all.

@D7KNYH Hey, thanks! Yeh youre right, i should have mentioned the fact that the recipe had no measurements at all. What i did was to use one cup of flour and enough sparkling water for it to become a thick batter. good luck mate!
