@XxXcarnifexXxX1 Yep, Ricky Wilson started playing guitar without any prior experience and kind of made up his own way of playing. He'd remove the middle two strings from his guitar (or sometimes just one of the middle strings) and then create his own tunings for the remaining strings.

For those who were fortunate to have lived this time period we are so lucky to have enjoyed it. We may have missed those groovy 60s music but this was a unique time to dance and enjoy the lifestyle that what we missed back then. Once can't play the last two minutes of this song properly with two strings in the middle, I've tried and the middle two strings get in the way. The crazier thing is the strings aren't a usual set, Ricky made a hybrid set and the two lowest strings are bass guitar strings.

Ricky Wilson was such a neat guitar player. Only using 4 strings (he would take off the D and G strings) and playing without a bass player behind him. Keith was a powerhouse on the drums too. Really good band.
