@xBravo419 actually he isnt, they're legally aloud to toss you if you resist arrest. few months ago the police came to my house to take me to the hospital (suicide issue, different story) and i refused to leave, so they tried throwing me down, didnt exactly work lol, i knocked one of them down and pushed another, 3rd one taserd me for 8 seconds... id say it was the most painful feeling ever... what sucked the most was it uses 2 probes, one hit my mid ribs, the other came 2 inches from my crotch.

I can understand that it's a stressful job, but them tossing people into random crap around the room is just too much though, usually they'll be more seriously injured than the cop intended and they end up making a mess of wherever the scene takes place, in this case, knocking over hundreds of dollars worth of Xbox 360's and other stuff around the shop...
