I don't agree with this. Theres a science to weight loss. People who are thought to be "naturally thin" are that way because they've always been thin. 'Thin' is all their body knows. They eat less because their stomachs don't have the same capacity as a larger person and generally, thin people tend to be more active throughout the day than fat people, therefore their calories burn quicker allowing them to eat more and stay thin. They burn the majority of the calories that they eat everyday.
Yeah right. Yeah, positive thinking may help, but not if t you have a bad Metabolism. Also, eating crappy foods is not okay to eat anyways, but I kinda know what your saying. When you do eat something bad, feel confident and connected that your body will process it clean away and that helps. Sadly, to some, it's hard to believe.
I want to believe what you are saying but I am having a hard time...I don't see myself eating the foods I want to eat (cookies, etc) and not gaining a pound a day. Are you sure all body types can eat this way?

you would be amazed how the mind works...
i have done this for like the past 2 months (recovering from a failing diet plan)
and i used to be 207, and now im 194 so it works its pretty amazing though!
