  • All the foods eventually become carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are some type of glucose that helps the body with energy. However, sweets and fatty foods - if you don't use those energy - quickly enough, they will become Stored Fat. Now there is a problem. OTHER foods, like veggies and fruits are also very high in nutrients AND contain carbohydrates, however if you don't use them as well, they will become stored fat.   • Yeah right. Yeah, positive thinking may help, but not if t you have a bad Metabolism. Also, eating crappy foods is not okay to eat anyways, but I kinda know what your saying. When you do eat something bad, feel confident and connected that your body will process it clean away and that helps. Sadly, to some, it's hard to believe.

  • I want to believe what you are saying but I am having a hard time...I don't see myself eating the foods I want to eat (cookies, etc) and not gaining a pound a day. Are you sure all body types can eat this way?
