I know it was just a lesson, but it's not really fast enough to benefit from leaning in or putting your knee down. speed will do most the work for you if you're brave enough to commit, that's why the guy had his head and shoulders to the left... because it's a natural reflex to counterbalance yourself.

What they were doing here can be safely self taught on the road within the speed limit.

@StayGold505 It's a small TECHNICAL track. To be honest...I think I'd prefer this to a high speed track. This track teaches a lot more about technique and cornering than just flying along at high speed would. It's easier on the tires as well....and just a fraction of the price of the tracks available to you. So keeping all that in mind.....I'd take my track over any of yours any day. And in answer to your question. Yes, Taiwan has a full sized world class race track. I just don't go yet.

@13mordeth Taking a turn at +120 can be just as technical as a slower sharp corner IMO. It really just comes down to the variety of tracks you've practiced on and how much of that technique you can put to use. When ever I thought I got too good on one track I would always go to another and spend more time there to just keep myself in the groove of learning constantly.

A great way to fix your riding position is simply to try to press the opposite arm of the direction you are turning against the gas tank.

As long as it's not a backpack held together with string and tape. If one strap comes loose and the bag swings to the side, you may be in for a fun ride :). I had 42lbs (cat litter, don't ask) in a backpack once and it kind of scared me thinking about that.
