Wow dude, this video is just stupidly, ridiculously helpful and put together in an incredible way. Just to point out something thats not even that noticeable yet important - the background music you put in was there to keep us interested and awake (im tired right now and without the music i would have been getting more tired) and the music selection you had is great because its not distracting, but engaging.
All of that is an example of what you were talking about - observe and think more deeply about things that you would usually not think about.
In regards to all your points, you can not be more RIGHT. Things like how you stand, how you sit, the way you're facing toward a woman or in general, how "open" you are in your stance in any situation, its not that you're 'obsessing' about body language like that briangpratt guy said, its more along the lines of..
Its more along the lines of... these things affect who you are both in your beliefs and in your 'vibe' that you have, and to pass them off as "obsession" or not of importance, would be foolish.
The people who are saying this video's points are not important, or even laugh at the points addressed in this video, are so unwilling to change and to think on a deeper level.
But more power to those who want to not hear, but listen ;)
Thanks for the video, i'll try and apply it day-to-day.
@eliteforceqc It does to me too but.....we're all acting more so than we realize or want to realize. Therefore why not study this language? I'm going to let go of my reluctance and give it a go.
@briangpratt it' s easier to be confident? Dude do you have any idea how difficult is for someone who's shy or suffer of low-esteem or social anxiety to be confident? No you have no idea. Correct posture/body language is one of the first thing they teach you to defeat this issue. Your brain tend to perceive your physical attitude as your mental attitude, giving you an actual confidence boost. When you are sad try to smile forcedly for 5 minutes and see how your feeling changes.
@briangpratt If you don't feel confident, you can start training yourself to feel confident off the body language until you really do feel confident.

Instead of obsessing about body language, it is easier to just feel confident, and let your body language naturally follow along with your attitude.
