  • Curls in the squat rack eh, this dude must be popular at the gym.

  • To everyone hating on this guy for his form, he's doing something right cuz look how fucking strong he is.

  • do less weight with proper form.

  • @andrewb211 Nothing wrong with his form, douchebag

  • @cergic dude, I'm not a douchebag, In my opinion it's bad form.

  • @cergic Andewb211 is correct, this is bad form

  • @uutube08 No. He's never leaning forward or backwards by bending his back. He's barely swinging.

  • pretty strong

  • for the guys that think im short, im 6 feet

  • sweet beater and jeans combo bro.

  • Hey man....you look stout..but....workn out is all about form...and you mos def don't have good form...sorry man..your strong, not knocking you there, but your arm needs to fully extend...but, hey your right people do shit way worse than you, and it seems to work your you...so props to ya i guess for doing wrong, but getting results..lol

  • holy shit, i forgot about this video almost a year ago, it was my comeback after a long injury and i filmed it for fun to look back one day.whatever way my curls was still added size to my arms nowadays which is almost 20 inches, haters will always hate, no one is perfect in this world and i seen none of u guys complaing about pros doing forms way worse then me

  • The form is fine but my question is what kinda tool videos himself working out? Unless is for training purposes to look back on, but to put it on youtube, come on really

  • it's not a full range....let me see you do that in a strict form...no swaying...any experienced bodybuilder can lift the same or even more by taking advantage of the momentum....and besides, it doesnt show to the size of your biceps....

  • It's fine form. He is not bending at his back, just swaying to counter balance. It is not a full range of motion, but that is ok sometimes. By not using the full range of motion you are able to use a higher weight on your biceps. During the bottom half of the curl, a lot of work is done by muscles in your forearm. This means that full range of motion does not allow for heavy loading. Just don't do these all the time and do some full curls. Research the sitting barbell curl on muscle and fitness.

  • O.K. every one listen. it is not a complet extention but thos are great curl ... i guess all of you that are saying : it not okay you look ridiculous! are not able to do 1 curl with that weight .

oh .. do you know what are cheated curl ? thats a real exersice that all the biggest name of bodybuilding used in the past so stop talkshiting on that kind of video !

  • You are making yourself look ridiculous, dude. This is exactly why I hate working out a gyms; all these kind of posers make me sick.

You have terrible form and are doing your excercise wayyy to fast!

  • @Behindspace90 but yet he's most likely bigger and stronger than you.

  • @thinkofsomethincleva

Yeah, of course. He has great muscles, I'm not arguing about that. He might even be working out way better when there's no camera. I'm just stating it looks plain silly when he's doing curls this way.

Especially when recovering from injury he should know better. Good form is key to every excercise. When not using good form you will still gain muscle, but in a less effective way, that's all. :)

  • @Behindspace90 For 135, his form wasn't that bad. When you get to a certain amount of weight in an exercise your form is going to vary. It allows you to break past plateaus. I look around in the gym...the big guys "cheat" and the small (but still muscular) guys use good form. With that said, you don't want to be ridiculous with it or you will hurt yourself..I've seen people swing/rock way worse than this guy.

  • @Behindspace90 Lol tell that to Arnold, Ronnie Coleman, Kevin Levrone and pretty much all the pro bodybuilders out there. They're all not using "perfect form".

  • @nevermoregg

So what? Fact still is, and I'm not saying anything else, that they don't use good form. I'm not saying using bad form doesn't work; I'm only saying it's less effective. Which is obvious.

  • @Behindspace90 ok good form vs acceptable form ofc good form wins. But lets say good form 50 lb curl vs acceptable form 65 lb curl acceptable form wins.

  • @nevermoregg

Which just shows that those persons only focus on weight and showing off. Bodybuilding is not about who can lift the most weight, it's about who can tear the muscle down as much as possible with as little weight as possible.

It's not because many pro bodybuilders use bad form with heavy weights, while still gaining mass, that they know what's best. No offense, but some bodybuilders are just tools and don't seem to have ever read a book.

  • @Behindspace90 They don't show off, most of them don't even care about others. And who said its about tearing muscle down as much as possible w/ as lil weight as possible. Don't know konw that ur arms respond better with HEAVY WEIGHTS LOW REPS? Now GO DEFINE bad form. Now go tell me sucess story about people who use perfect form all their life and got big. See how many stories do u get? What book have u been reading? bodybuilding for beginner?

  • @nevermoregg

Oh, so you are saying that bodybuilding is about who can lift the most weight then? I think you're mixing things up with powerlifting or with "the worlds strongest man"-contests.

In bodybuilding it's all about physique; it doesn't matter how much weight you lift, as long as you are progressing as efficient as possible.

It's nonsense when you say that your arms respons better to big weight. It depends more on WHICH excercise you do and what form you use.

  • @Behindspace90 Lmao thats wat i meant stupid. Same exercise, ur arms respond better to heavier weights. And ur body + strength goes hand in hand. U can't be ripped and curl 20 lb DB. And I don't think Arnold's form or Ronnie COleman is that much better than this guy.

  • @nevermoregg

The body doesn't always respond better to heavy weights. There is only 1 type of weight you should use; the appropriate weight, not less, not more. If you use more, your form will suffer. It does not matter if that weight is heavy or not; it has to be suited to your capabilities and goals.

But hey; I made my point, I'm not adding anything to it anymore. If you insist on using bad form; go ahead. I don't mind. :)

  • @nevermoregg

And many pro bodybuilders use great form. Scooby is one of them, Scottherman (although more of a model), Arnold actually also used decent form, as well as Ronnie Coleman. Those are just the 4 first I can think of. Fact remains that good form is always better than bad form (which speaks for itself obviously).

  • LOL! what a joke

  • lifting too much weights shrink your penis

  • Bicep curls aren't a compound exercise? You'll get more out of that from doing half the weight with perfect form

  • @xrisp that is perfect form idiot. and half the weight? are you kidding

  • @sti1tz

No I'm not kidding IDIOT. Your muscle fibers will be torn far more from a FULL curl, as oppose to using your momentum. It would'nt be so bad if he was just using it to lift the barbell up but the video shows him throwing is weight down on the decent.

I'm not saying this is pointless, its just not that impressive.

  • So many experts on youtube. Amazing! those look fine to me.

  • Why are you flopping all over the place? This is a bicep work out not a compound exercise. Hold your body straight ffs.

  • roids, using barbell for curls is for noobs and fags, let squaters and deadlifters use it instead

  • decent form but could use fuller ROM contraction

  • bad form straightin your arms out when curling man

  • lol listen to the hardcore workout music

  • Nice form. You're freakin strong bro

  • i guess the tissues signify there's no chalk allowed in the gym?

  • Why only 3*?

This guy is obviously strong and i think he could of do 2 more if he pushed it.. I never seen anyone in my gym curling 135lb with 10 solid reps..

    5* good job man

  • wow you are stroooong...

  • omg,,, anh all i have to say is wow..

  • wow bien, you are so strong. i wish i can be cut like you.
