If your having problems which colour to get I would go with silver over black, reason being is that the colour fades on the black click wheel over time. So does the metal a slight bit. But I did want a black one over silver until I went to actually see them so I would go for silver..

The chassis is polished, thus easily scarred.

If you mind such scar and fingerprints on the polished surface, you should buy a cover for ipod.

That's right.

After uploading this movie, I encoded more albums (perhaps more than 250) with lossless, then the response of the cover flow became worse.

But I usually use a normal list view to search my albums, thus I do not feel frustration so much.

Large storage and long battery life are rather important for me and I can enjoy!
