I live near the beach and never see people dancing on it. Lots of people getting drunk , taking drugs and having sex on it, but unfortunately nothing as innocent as dancing on it.
CE FILM RESPIRE LA JOIE DE VIVRE! LA PLUS GRANDE DES RICHESSES: LA JEUNESSE! ILS SONT TOUS TRES NATURELS ET LE PLAISIR DE DANSER, DE CHANTER,DE JOUER ENSEMBLE EST EVIDENT.CES JEUNES ACTEURS SEMBLENT SI HEUREUX.
The moment Cliff handed the baton to the Beatles ("Twist and Shout" was his nod to them). Susan Hampshire, Una Stubbs, Richard O'Sullivan,Melvyn Hayes, a bit of a golden generation really. They're all so young. O'Sullivan was in an old people's home last time I heard of him, bless.
Puts me in mind of the "Carpe Diem" scene from Dead Poets Society, the fleeting nature of youth and so on. Well this lot certainly made their lives extraordinary.
Hostia!!! me acuerdo de de esta peli... en determinado momento comen galletas bandama de la tradicional caja de latón y comentan ¡qué ricos bizcochos!
I really thought that life would be like this when I grew up. I just took for granted that folks had beach parties at the beach all the time. Hmmm, as an adult, I have yet to attend one.Never even saw people dancingon the beach in my life. It is still fun to watch however.
I'm doing the stage production of Summer Holiday and I have to sing this Up the octave :( it's quite hard and very daunting as I have to sing it in my belt voice. I love this song though it just makes me wanna do the twist haha.
I thought he was in beach movies, thanks for showing this too.
It hurts in a way to wish we had movies like this today,
Sing it ,Cliff any song you want Even if some was bit before my time.Wish had been a teen born in era, when life was slow and easy. What a babe Cliff was great singer too..These are good for all to watch now with much going on in life.Helps us to smile go back for bit.Great job!
This is my fav cliff song along with bachelor boy - the uks always been the same, we never celebrate properly the artists that have represented us so well over the years, blues is my love but i can still appreciate this guys music fully..
